Bitcoin Liquidation Clusters Become Clearer, And Traders Are Leaning Long On BTC
Bitcoin's price remains firm above $70,000 despite recent bearish pressure, with traders increasingly taking long positions as liquidation clusters become more defined. According to analytics platform Alphractal, open long positions now dominate, with maximum pain around $61,000, while short positions cluster near $75,000. This reflects growing bullish sentiment, suggesting traders anticipate upward momentum if key supports hold.
On-chain analysis using Bitcoin’s Realized Value to Transactions (RVT) Ratio indicates that capital stored in the network is growing faster than on-chain economic activity. A rising RVT suggests accumulation or reduced transactional demand, aligning with historical cycles. BTC is currently trading at $71,518, up nearly 3% in 24 hours, with trading volume also increasing over 7%.
