Криптовалютный кастодиальный сервис BitGo рассматривает возможность провести первичное публичное размещение акций (IPO), сообщают знакомые с ситуацией источники изданию Bloomberg.

Так, сервис ведет переговоры с потенциальными советниками относительно листинга, который может состояться уже во второй половине 2025 года, по словам одного из анонимных источников.

В таком случае, BitGo присоединится к другим криптокомпаниям, которые ожидают усиления поддержки со стороны регуляторных органов, говорится в материале.

В частности, недавно стало известно, что представители криптоплатформы Gemini обсуждают вероятность стать публичной в этом году. Также такие криптокомпании, как Bitpanda и Bullish Global, изучают варианты проведения IPO и консультируются с соответствующими экспертами.

Более того, эмитент стейблкоинов Circle Internet Financial и криптобиржа Kraken начали активную деятельность по листингу с прошлого года.

Однако пока дискуссии по этому вопросу продолжаются, и окончательных решений в BitGo еще не принимали, а представитель сервиса отказался от комментариев, отметили в СМИ.

Тем не менее, ведущие банки США — Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Corp. и Royal Bank of Canada — планируют расширить свою деятельность на фоне потенциального IPO-бума криптокомпаний.
