Bitfarms shareholders have signed off on a sweeping corporate shift that relocates the company to the United States and repositions it as an infrastructure play for artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC).

Bitfarms Shareholders Approve Delaware Shift and KEEL Ticker Transition

The vote, held March 20, delivered a near-clean sweep, with about 99.3% of ballots cast in favor of the plan to redomicile from Canada to Delaware and adopt the new name, Keel Infrastructure. The margin cleared the required two-thirds threshold with room to spare, signaling broad investor alignment behind management’s direction.

If final approvals land as expected, the transaction is slated to close around April 1. At that point, each Bitfarms share will convert on a 1:1 basis into stock of the new Delaware parent, with trading expected to begin under the ticker “KEEL” on both Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange shortly after.

Bitcoin mining hardware manufacturer Bitdeer has announced the launch of its new mining machine, SEALMINER DL1 Air, specifically optimized for the Scrypt algorithm used by Litecoin (LTC) and Dogecoin (DOGE). Following the announcement, Bitdeer’s stock rose approximately 8%, making it the fourth-largest gainer among crypto equities.
Founded in 2020 by former Bitmain executive Wu Jihan, Bitdeer initially focused on cloud mining services. The company has gradually shifted toward in-house ASIC chip development, rolling out the SEALMINER series to reduce reliance on third-party suppliers.
In addition, Bitdeer is actively expanding into artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC). The company plans to raise $300 million through convertible preferred notes to fund data center expansion and AI infrastructure development. Last month, Bitdeer also liquidated a small portion of its Bitcoin holdings to raise capital, with Wu Jihan stating that the company intends to rebuild its Bitcoin reserves in the future.
The newly launched SEALMINER DL1 Air delivers 25 GH/s hash rate, with a power efficiency of 149 J/GH, and features the SEALMINER series’ proven air-cooling technology. The machine also supports other smaller Scrypt-based coins, including Bellscoin, Junkcoin, Luckycoin, and Pepecoin.
Currently, while Bitcoin network hash rate slightly dropped to 733.13 EH/s in February, mining difficulty remains high, indicating sustained industry interest. Bitdeer’s new mining hardware is expected to generate renewed attention in the Litecoin and Dogecoin mining markets.

Resolv’s USR stablecoin depegs after $80M exploit hits supply

Resolv’s USR stablecoin depegged following an apparent smart contract exploit on Sunday that allowed an attacker to mint 80 million USR tokens and dump them across decentralized exchanges, as noted by onchain analysts Ai Yi (@ai_9684xtpa) and PeckShield.

USR was rapidly destabilized, dropping to as low as $0.2 before recovering to around $0.8, according to CoinGecko.

In a statement, Resolv Labs, the core developer of the Resolv Protocol, said they had temporarily halted operations following the exploit. The team is investigating and taking steps to contain the situation.

Resolv has experienced an exploit that allowed the attackers to mint 50mn of unbacked USR.

The team has currently paused all the protocol functions to prevent further malicious actions and is actively working on recovery.

USR is a 1:1 dollar-pegged stablecoin built by Resolv to operate entirely on-chain. Rather than holding fiat reserves, it maintains its value using over-collateralized crypto assets such as ETH, staked Ethereum, and Bitcoin.

RESOLV, the protocol’s native token used for governance and value capture, dropped 6% to $0.054 on the news.
