South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Upbit announced on Aug. 26 that it will add PolySwarm’s $NCT token to its Korean won market.

$NCT/KRW trading is scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. Korea Standard Time.

The listing gives $NCT a direct fiat trading route on South Korea’s largest crypto exchange by reported domestic volume. $NCT already trades against Bitcoin on Upbit, with the exchange using that market’s previous closing price to set its initial KRW trading controls

Zcash (ZEC) traded near $28.50 on August 25, showing relative strength despite thin trading volumes. The privacy-focused coin has been range-bound between $27 and $30 for several sessions, with buyers stepping in near the lower boundary.

This matters because Laser Digital is focused on institutional clients and plans to provide wholesale liquidity services to Japanese crypto platforms. That gives SHIB a different type of market exposure beyond its usual meme-coin trading base.

SHIB Burns Rate Spike, While Exchange Inflow Drops 

Another factor supporting the price is the recent rise in SHIB burns. Shibburn data showed that the burn rate jumped over 441% in 24 hours, with around 41.8 million SHIB sent to dead wallets and permanently removed from circulation.

Perhaps burns alone didn’t create a major supply shock because hundreds of trillions of SHIB remain in circulation.

At the same time, reports a sharp drop in SHIB exchange netflow to 212.3 billion tokens, down from more than 1 trillion. This suggests large holders are moving billions of SHIB away from exchanges and into private wallets.

Looking forward, $0.142534 is now established as resistance; holding $0.090–$0.110 would preserve the stronger structure. Otherwise, a deeper retreat instead brings $0.060–$0.070 back into focus, where the breakout first gained real traction.
