Chiliz [CHZ] extended its bullish run for the second straight day. The latest gains suggest room for further upside, but past price action at this level indicates it could be a decisive turning point for CHZ.

At press time, CHZ was trading at $0.04275, up 17.11% over the past 24 hours. During the same period, it also witnessed strong participation from traders and investors, as evidenced by a significant surge in trading volume of over 360% to $177.20 million.

While this gain in CHZ’s price is notable, it is not occurring in isolation, as the broader crypto market has also shown signs of recovery, rising by over 1.25% during the same period.

So what’s the trigger?
If the U.S. Senate Banking Committee pushes forward with the CLARITY Act later this month, it could give XRP the momentum it needs to break above $1.50 with real volume. In that case, the $1.60 short-term target—widely mentioned by analysts—comes into focus.
Looking further out, Standard Chartered is even calling for a potential move toward $2.80, showing longer-term confidence in the asset.
But there’s still risk.
If XRP loses the $1.29 support, things could turn quickly. A sharp drop below $1.00 isn’t off the table before any recovery. It wouldn’t be pretty—but for XRP, it wouldn’t be unusual either.
What’s keeping the bearish case in check?
A strong $119.6M in weekly inflows. That kind of capital typically signals accumulation—not a market ready to break down.

XRP is at a key decision point. A breakout could accelerate quickly—but if support fails, volatility will follow.
