ETH previously climbed above $2,320 and briefly touched $2,417 before facing strong selling pressure near the highs. This rejection triggered a downside correction, pushing the price back below $2,320 and into a consolidation range.
Despite the pullback, Ethereum is still trading above $2,300 and remains supported by the 100-hour simple moving average, suggesting the broader short-term structure is not fully bearish yet.
On the upside, immediate resistance is forming near $2,360, where a descending trendline is also capping price action. A clear breakout above this level could open the door toward $2,380 and $2,420. If momentum strengthens beyond $2,420, ETH could extend gains toward $2,450 and potentially $2,500–$2,550 in the near term.
On the downside, initial support is seen around $2,295. A break below this level could weaken bullish momentum and expose ETH to further losses toward $2,265 and $2,220. Deeper downside pressure could bring $2,150 into focus.

For nearly two weeks, the price moved sideways, forming an inverted head-and-shoulders pattern. The breakout above the neckline triggered the surge.

Even so, the pace now looks slower.

A pullback toward the neckline near $0.17 remains possible. That level also aligns with the 50% Fibonacci Retracement.


The Chaikin Money Flow (CMF), whose reading was 0.22, suggested consistent capital inflow. The MACD confirmed the capital came from buyers, as the green histogram bars were expanding.
