The company wants prospective advisers to integrate their own platforms with Kalshi first, giving their institutional clients direct access to trade on the exchange. Banks that want the IPO mandate have to bring trading volume to the table before they bring paperwork.

The talks come as Kalshi’s numbers move fast.

Annualized revenue run rate has passed $2 billion, roughly tripling since November 2025.
