Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration into cryptocurrency appears to be a sustainable trend.

The partnership has led to the launch of multiple AI-driven cryptos like ChainOpera AI, among others like the Fartcoin [FARTCOIN] and Pippin [PIPPIN] memecoins.

ChainOpera AI’s COAI token rallied over 24% in the past 24 hours, though it’s stayed way below its peak valuation. With a potential market structure break in play, will COAI recover some of its cap?

Is COAI’s market structure shift in play?

The altcoin crashed by more than 37% on the 18th of January and has since been trading down toward the low that was created. COAI has consolidated for more than five days at these levels around $0.2714.

However, the past 24 hours saw COAI break out from this sideways movement to a day’s high of $0.3331. Since then, the market has entered a pullback, which seems to be confirming the retest area.

The Stochastic RSI was still in the overbought zone at press time, indicating buyers were still interested in the altcoin. Moreover, the MACD suggested that their strength was intact and had been growing despite the last-minute cool-off.

If the altcoin remains above the consolidation area, COAI may experience a structural shift. Conversely, the weakness might continue draining COAI’s valuation.

With numerical data showing a potential shift, the same is true for on-chain data.

Transactions surge as VCs increase their stake

As per data from BscScan, transactions of more than 1 million COAI tokens have been on the rise over the past two weeks. These orders, surpassing the aforementioned scale, moved a total of over 55 million COAI tokens during this period.

Number of wallets with 1 million XRP is rising again


$XRP's $XRP$1.8872 price has fallen about 4% this month, starting the new year on a negative note. Yet on-chain data shows a positive trend underneath.

The number of "millionaire" wallets, or those holding at least 1 million $XRP, has increased for the first time since September 2025, according to data source Santiment.

Their number rose by 42 this month to 2,016, ending four months of declines. $XRP is the payments-focused cryptocurrency used by fintech company Ripple to facilitate cross-border transactions.

"A net of +42 wallets with at least 1M $XRP have returned to the ledger, an encouraging sign for the long-term," Santiment said on X.

The good news for the $XRP bulls doesn't end there. The U.S.-listed spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) tied to $XRP have registered a net inflow of $91.72 million this month. These funds amassed $666 million and $499 million in investor money in November and December, respectively, according to data source SoSoValue.

This trend starkly contrasts the decline in demand for bitcoin BTC$88,196.51 ETFs, which have processed redemptions worth $278 million this month, following over $4 billion in outflows in final two months of 2025.

Still, $XRP's price remains in a broad downtrend, as seen in the chart below. The cryptocurrency last traded at $1.88, down 1.7% on a 24-hour basis.

Everstake, a crypto staking provider, said in a new report that 2025 was a “year of sharp contrasts” for Ethereum, filled with major network upgrades and rising institutional adoption even as the price of ETH remained relatively flat.


In its Ethereum Staking Insights & Protocol Analysis report, Everstake said total value staked reached about 36.08 million ETH, or roughly 29.3% of supply, with net growth of more than 1.8 million ETH. As of Tuesday, Jan. 27, about 36.5 million ETH is staked – roughly 30.26% of supply, according to Coinbase data.


The report also highlighted continued growth in network activity, with Ethereum Layer 1 (L1) transactions rising about 30% over the year to around 1.5-1.6 million per day, while Layer 2 throughput surpassed roughly 300-330 transactions per second (TPS).


The findings underscore that Ethereum has continued to scale and attract larger players despite ETH’s underperformance. Currently, Ethereum’s total value locked (TVL) stands at nearly $72 billion, while Ether is changing hands at $2,930, up 4% on the day, but down 10% over the year.


Everstake said the Layer 1 is increasingly being used as a settlement layer, while most day-to-day activity has shifted to Layer 2. The findings pointed to protocol upgrades, including Pectra, which introduced EIP-7251 to raise the maximum effective validator balance from 32 ETH to 2,048 ETH, allowing large stakers to consolidate validators.
