$XRP Momentum Slows Below Key Resistance

The four-hour $XRP/USD chart still reflected a bullish market structure despite recent cooling momentum. $XRP climbed from the $1.38 region toward $1.49 during the latest impulse wave. However, buyers struggled to sustain strength near the upper resistance band.

Price continued trading above the 50, 100, and 200 exponential moving averages. Consequently, medium-term bullish control remained intact. The EMA alignment also reinforced positive trend conditions, with the 20 EMA positioned near $1.4496 and the 200 EMA near $1.4080.

Traders closely monitored the Fibonacci retracement range between $1.448 and $1.428. This area combined the 0.618 retracement level with several moving average supports. Hence, bulls needed to defend this zone to maintain upward momentum.

The $1.475 to $1.490 region remained the immediate barrier. Sellers rejected $XRP twice inside that range during recent sessions. If buyers clear the $1.511 breakout level, analysts expect a stronger expansion toward $1.55 and potentially $1.60.

However, momentum indicators showed early signs of exhaustion. The Directional Movement Index revealed weakening bullish pressure as the positive directional index declined.

The AppChain is a Besu-based blockchain platform facilitating tokenization of assets and real-time, 24/7 collateral management.

DTCC’s platform is aimed at reducing the delays and fragmentation in today’s collateral systems, where assets are often trapped across institutions and time zones. By tokenizing collateral and automating workflows through smart contracts, the system is designed to enable near real-time collateral movement across both traditional financial markets and blockchain networks.

756 million Cronos tokens sit on Trump Media’s books, purchased for close to $114 million as part of a deal with Crypto.com. By March 31, those tokens were valued at just $53 million — less than half what the company paid.

That loss compounded an already bruising quarter driven largely by Bitcoin purchases made near last summer’s market peak. The company bought roughly 9,500 Bitcoin at an average cost of around $108,519 per coin.

At quarter-end, the 9,542 Bitcoin it held carried a cost basis of $1.13 billion but a fair value of only $647 million — a gap of nearly $500 million. Bitcoin has since climbed back above $80,000, pushing the position’s value closer to $770 million.

The total damage for the first quarter of 2026 came to $406 million in net losses, up sharply from $31.7 million during the same period a year earlier.

According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, nearly $370 million of that figure came from unrealized losses on digital assets and equity holdings — meaning the company has not sold its positions at a loss, but the decline in market value still hit the books hard. Looking at the price action charts of H, the altcoin has been trending up since breaking out on the 21st of April. This steady recovery has seen the altcoin surge back to the $0.20 supply zone, which was last tested in early March.

After breaking above this supply zone, H’s price rose to $0.30, surpassing this year’s high of $0.25. Furthermore, the path to this year’s high was driven by a liquidity sweep of shorts resting around the $0.20 zone.

Supporting this trend was the MACD indicator, which showed bullish momentum. The signal and MACD lines were rising, indicating the uptrend could continue.
More importantly, the Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) was rising but has since retreated slightly after H reached a new year-to-date high. The CMF reading was 0.04, down from a peak of 0.22 earlier in the day, suggesting mild levels of profit-taking.

As of now, H’s price is retracing, and it is seemingly testing the broken high. If bulls can defend this run to the upside, the altcoin could trade back to $0.40, a level last visited six months ago.

However, traders should be wary of the snapback that usually follows the creation of new highs in most digital assets.
The network activity was seeing mixed sentiment, though it was mildly bullish. First, more traders are acquiring the token, aligning with the timings since the breakout. Over the last thirty days, the number of holders has increased from 38.68K to 40.18K.

Moreover, the chain was gaining speed as the Block had reduced from 5.8 minutes in July 2025 to 1.2 seconds at press time. Notably, the number of transactions has been relatively strong, averaging about 1.1 million per day, indicating that the network is being utilized, as the all-time s
