From Seizures to Strategy: Begich Revives Bitcoin Reserve Bill as ARMA
US Representative Nick Begich has announced plans to rebrand the Bitcoin Act as the American Reserves Modernization Act (ARMA) in the next few weeks.

Speaking at the 2026 Bitcoin conference in Las Vegas, the Congressman said the move is intended to draw additional support from lawmakers for a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve similar to that of gold.

Last year, Begich and Senator Cynthia Lummis introduced the Bitcoin Act, also known as the Boosting Innovation, Technology, and Competitiveness through Optimized Investment and Nationwide Bitcoin Act.

Crypto pundit RWA Investor said that XRP traders going short on the altcoin are trapped, just like Bitcoin bears. This came as he revealed the roadmap for XRP’s rally to a new all-time high (ATH) of $7.

Pundit Says XRP And Bitcoin Bears Are Trapped
In an X post, RWA Investor said that the XRP bears and shorts are just as trapped as the Bitcoin bears. He noted that the price movement is mirrored 1:1 with a slight delay, and declared that the range between $1.50 and $1.60 will be broken very soon. Once that happens, the analyst predicts that XRP will rally to between $2 and $3.

RWA Investor predicts that XRP will then see another major pullback after that rally before the transition into the third wave begins. He remarked that this price action will be another “pump and dump” and that the third wave will come out of nowhere, but probably right after the next pullback.

The analyst predicts a massive bear trap after this third wave. He said that this will happen just to “mess” with the emotions of XRP investors one last time before the altcoin then rallies to the $7 range. He noted that about 80% of the market is driven by psychology and that the bears need to feel in control before the big short squeeze.

RWA Investor didn’t provide a timeline for when XRP could reach this level. However, in another X post, he indicated that Fed rate cuts and quantitative easing (QE) are what will spark this rally for the altcoin. The analyst stated that QE is what the market has been waiting for and that everything else is mostly just noise or a distraction. He added that the tightening cycle is over and that QE has arrived. It is worth noting that RWA Investor had also predicted that Bitcoin would rally to $140,000 and XRP to $7 as the CLARITY Act advances.

Bitcoin Is Headed For $40,000: Analyst Reveals The Best Time To Buy BTC
A crypto analyst has warned against giving in to the FOMO and buying Bitcoin ($BTC) at new highs. He noted that although the cryptocurrency could continue its upward move and even push past $80,000, this does not necessarily signal the end of the broader bear market. Instead, he argues that the move could be a strong distribution phase, leading to further declines. He also projects that Bitcoin could still experience a deeper correction, with a potential market bottom forming near $40,000.

Analyst Warns Against Buying $BTC At $85,000

@Sherlockwhale, a crypto market analyst on X, is sounding the alarm for traders who believe Bitcoin could glide smoothly past the $83,000-$88,000 price range without encountering resistance. According to him, this zone exhibits more sell pressure than any other level in $BTC’s current chart structure.

The analyst based his view on a broader Fibonacci retracement structure drawn from Bitcoin’s past move between $97,000 and $60,000. He described this range as a full impulse wave to the downside, followed by a recovery phase where the price has been making higher rebounds but still facing sharp pullbacks.

From this structure, @Sherlockwhales identified key upside levels on $BTC’s chart at $83,435 (0.618 Fib), $84,647 (0.65 Fib), and $89,797 (0.786 Fib). He noted that this cluster forms a major untested resistance zone on Bitcoin’s weekly chart. According to him, untested resistance areas like these tend to attract heavier sell pressure because traders who bought at those levels are still underwater and may look to exit as the price returns toward breakeven.
