Under the proposal, the Celo Foundation will allocate 0.5% of the circulating supply of CELO as an incentive measure to encourage Aave users to support Celo's adoption and growth. The Celo Foundation may also support Aave DAO in establishing a verified node for the Celo network (subject to technical requirements and community voting), and Celo can provide funding for this.
