 Paul Atkins, Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), posted on the X platform stating that during his testimony before Congress, he outlined the SEC's three major priorities entering 2026: focusing on fraud enforcement and investor protection, reforming disclosure rules, and providing a clear regulatory framework for digital assets.
