Dogecoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have returned to a stagnant phase after recording a day of $345,130 in inflow this week.

According to recent data from SoSoValue, Dogecoin ETFs saw $0 in daily total net inflow on July 24. The same was seen on July 22 and 23 when $0 was recorded in daily net inflow.

This was not entirely the narrative this week, as Dogecoin saw a day of inflow on July 21 when it recorded $345,130. This marked a brief break from the zero-inflow streak seen since July 6, with all days recording $0 in inflows.

In a July 24 letter addressed to Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Scott and Ranking Member Elizabeth Warren, the FOP said its previous concerns had been addressedThe group stated that the updated language preserves law enforcement’s ability to investigate crimes involving digital assets. However, the BRCA text itself remained unchanged in the bill version released on Wednesday, leaving uncertainty about the specific revisions referenced during the negotiations.According to journalist Eleanor Terrett, the National Fraternal Order of Police said it reviewed clarifying language included in revised Section 10604, which amends the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act. According to the letter, the organization concluded that the provision does not restrict investigators or prosecutors from pursuing unlawful conduct involving digital assets.The FOP said the clarification directly addressed concerns raised during earlier discussions over the legislation. As a result, it formally endorsed the version of the CLARITY Act and expressed support for its passage.

The XRP weekly chart provides another perspective on the current price structure. Over the past six weeks, XRP prices have primarily fluctuated within a sideways pattern, with most major movements occurring between $1.08 and $1.15.

This week, XRP attempted to break through the $1.15 resistance level, but the momentum weakened, and the price retreated to around $1.09.

A successful break above $1.15 next week would strengthen the bullish view. XRP could then target $1.20, followed by a test of the upper area near $1.30. If resistance persists, the sideways structure will remain intact. XRP prices are likely to fluctuate between $1.08 and $1.15 until a stronger catalyst is provided by Bitcoin, ETF fund flows, or regulatory news.

A break below $1.08 on the weekly chart would create a more bearish scenario. This result could push XRP prices toward $1.00, and then open the possibility of moving toward $0.90.
