Abstract

很多OG作为前辈给我的一个非常实用的经验是,要从你的位置跳出来,打破信息壁垒,从整个行业的宏观角度去看待未来发展路线。

世界杯结束了,除了对阿根廷和法国球队的讨论,让我印象十分深刻的还有一点:解说员贺炜的解说。

实不相瞒,在加时赛之前,我看的都是某直播平台,两位解说员你一言我一语,怎么说呢,我这个半吊子伪球迷都纳闷是不是踢的太激烈,解说员太激动才这么语无伦次的。

切换到了贺炜的解说,顿时舒坦了。

好一个足球解说界的”诗人”。

这个从理工大学毕业的八零后解说员贺炜,网上最常见的几个形容词是,外貌粗犷,情感丰富,底蕴深厚。

他的解说没有嘶吼、没有咆哮,他的诗意解说词里充满着世界各国的风光与历史人文。贺炜对罗曼·罗兰、莫泊桑、福楼拜、司马迁、瓦格纳、马可·波罗等人如数家珍。

看过中央电视台转播的1978年世界杯的人,对这个名字一定不陌生——肯佩斯。宋世雄老师经典的声音告诉我们,这是阿根廷队的10号肯佩斯。但在四十年前当时全中国可能也没有几个人知道他叫马里奥·肯佩斯。

贺炜举了这样一个例子,在当时,信息的量和获取信息的渠道非常有限,像这样的一些资料,是解说员独有的,观众并没有其他的信源。所以那个时候解说员的任务、矛盾的焦点在于,如何把现场的气氛能够尽量真实地通过自己的感触去传达给国内的观众。这个任务在今天的解说员的身上依然存在,但时代的变化,也给解说员带来了新的要求。

贺炜:我们现在处于全球化信息化的时代,我们现在应该做的是减法而不是加法,因为你面对的是理论上无穷大的群体,看球的球迷非常多,理论上你掌握的资料再多,你也不可能比这个群体掌握的更多。甚至这个群体里有着某些特殊经历的人员,他一定会比你更了解现场的情况,比方说了解参赛国的情况,他可能在阿根廷生活了20年,他甚至可能是马拉多纳的朋友,所以说你事实上面对的是超脑,你面对的是无所不能的团体。

所以在这个情况下,你不能以多取胜,你不可能比你的听众了解的更详细,那么你需要做的是选取,你从100条信息当中,你个人通过长时间的锻炼,知道其中三十条信息对于本场比赛是特别有用的。那么你随着你人脑对现场的反应,现场出现的一个事件,你随机从事件关联的材料当中用你的脑子,调取相关联的两到三条,又不打扰场上比赛节奏的情况下,迅速交代给观众,这是人脑在做判断反应,并且做出最终呈现的过程。

在这个信息爆炸的时代下,我和团队一直坚持的一点就是这样,Web3的资讯报道不是越多越好,一定是越精越好,越专业越好。

这几年,越来越多的人开始了“泛知识”学习。“泛知识”学习是指个人基于自身需求、借助互联网平台所提供的各种资源,自行安排学习场景与内容的新型学习类型,特别是在Web3行业中,大家几乎站在同一个起点,泛知识品类内容已成为各平台争相抢占的焦点内容。

泛知识的本质是将知识和信息包装成产品和服务的行为。在技术层面,互联网媒介进一步扩展了人类在诸多层面的自由度,奠定了泛知识学习的技术基础。在供给侧层面,“泛知识”供给充沛。商业模式清晰多元,收益分配向生产者倾斜,可持续稳定地供给产品。

虽然它却能给消费者一种“成功获取了知识”的幻觉。合理的知识结构,就是既有精深的专门知识,又有广博的知识面,具有事业发展实际需要的最合理、最优化的知识体系。但大家掌握了大量的无价值的信息,离真正的知识渐行渐远,知识的价值判断标准在于实用性,应以能否创造经济价值,得到力量和权力等等标准为考量。

我再举个例子——

我们尘埃科技每周举办的VC Hub有几个月的时间了,这小半年里,接触到的builder们把BP交给我们的时候,我们其实明显能看出来,谁是技术过硬的一心想把产品做好的实力派,谁是想趁着时代的风口多割几个算几个的土狗项目。

我们开会过项目的时候,偶尔会有builder固执己见,哪怕我们漂亮的运营妹妹提了几个基础的逻辑错误,仍旧是充耳不闻,坚持认为自己的项目就是全行业最牛的。

而有的builder会从运营技巧,到空投设置,再到代币模型这些细节一点一点问我们的意见和直观感受,持续输出、讨论、吸收、反思,遇到这样的builder每次我都想收他们点加班费,但看着他们的热情和主动又忍不住跟人一聊聊到后半夜。

还是说常说的那句话,熊市是最好的提升阶段。

我始终相信天上从来不会有白来的馅饼,牛市你没有踩了狗屎运的机会,凭什么你还能是熊市里天赋异禀的幸运儿?

思考能力和执行能力,缺一不可。

学习,吸收,整理,实践,体系输出,逻辑框架,思维重塑,这个过程绝对是非常有必要的。

builder要学习行业知识,要了解行业里的其他项目。我们韭菜也要了解行业信息,要去理解builder做项目时候的思路,才会去思考一个项目后期会不会有高回报。

视野不同,你所的看问题关键点不同,是机遇是坑都是需要你收集各方信息后,自己判断决定的。很可能一个OG发来的一句群消息都会让你今后的人生截然不同。没有一个空投是天上随便掉落在你钱包里的,也没有任何行业敏锐度是一蹴而成的,它一定是日积月累的成果。
