В Польше не смогли преодолеть президентское вето на законопроект о регулировании рынка цифровых активов (MiCA). Для этого нужно было как минимум три пятых голосов депутатов, но такой поддержки не удалось достичь, сообщает Bloomberg.

По данным журналистов, премьер-министр Дональд Туск призвал принять документ, подчеркнув, что он критически важен для национальной безопасности. Закон должен был имплементировать европейские стандарты, в частности положения регламента MiCA. По словам политика, отсутствие контроля над индустрией создает угрозу со стороны иностранных спецслужб.

В Bloomberg добавили, что Польша остается последней страной ЕС, которая не внедрила регулирование сектора криптовалют.

Также Туск заявил в парламенте, что законопроект должен дать властям инструменты для контроля нерегулируемого рынка, на котором, по оценкам правительства, действуют российские спецслужбы, криминальные группировки и происходит отмывание средств.

Он также отметил, что польская криптоиндустрия, по данным правительства, уже была инфильтрирована «несколькими сотнями» иностранных структур, в частности из РФ и Беларуси.

Напомним, в начале декабря 2025 года президент Польши Кароль Навроцкий заблокировал законопроект о регулировании криптоактивов, аргументировав свое решение тем, что документ может представлять угрозу для гражданских свобод, бизнеса и стабильности рынка.
