This design allows the price to reflect actual resource consumption (avoiding L2 free usage of network resources), adjusts blob traffic through price fluctuations to prevent congestion, and the PeerDAS technology increases blob storage capacity; additionally, blob fees are included in the ETH burning mechanism.
