By the time traders name a rotation, it may already be over.

Capital rarely moves according to the story people tell about the market. It moves first—between BTC, ETH, stablecoins and selected sectors—while the narrative catches up later.

What if the next rotation is already happening, but the market is still using yesterday’s language?

The earliest rotation signal is often not price.

It is relative strength plus capital flow.

If BTC stabilizes while ETH/BTC improves, stablecoin liquidity expands and selected sectors attract volume, the market may already be reallocating risk—even if headlines still describe a Bitcoin-led cycle.

This is where THE MEMORY EDITOR — Jonah Whitmore becomes a useful metaphor. Markets remember the previous sequence: BTC first, ETH next, alts last. That memory can make traders wait for confirmation that arrives only after the money has already moved.

European Central Bank Executive Board member Piero Cipollone defended the digital euro’s proposed privacy protections in an interview published Aug. 24, saying the Eurosystem would be unable to connect individual users with specific payments.

ECB says Eurosystem cannot directly link individuals to online or offline digital euro transactions itself.
Offline payments would reveal personal transaction details only to the payer and payee involved directly.
Banks would still identify online users when conducting required anti-money laundering compliance checks on transactions.
The European Parliament approved negotiations, not the final digital euro regulation, in July 2026 itself.

Secretary of State Bob Evnen’s office confirmed on Friday that the Online Sports Wagering Authorization Constitutional Amendment and the Online Sports Wagering Regulation Initiative had both qualified for the Nov. 3 ballot. Because they run separately, the state could authorize online wagering while rejecting the framework meant to govern it, or the reverse.

Tax Relief Nebraska submitted more than 201,000 signatures for the amendment and roughly 146,000 for the initiative on Friday, June 26, ahead of a July 2 deadline. The Nebraska Examiner reported at the time that the amendment needed roughly 126,000 valid signatures and the initiative about 88,000.

The campaign is funded by the operators who would run the market. Filings with the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission show Fanduel and Draftkings each contributed around $3.5 million. Lynne McNally, director of government relations for WarHorse casino, the in-state backer, told the Nebraska Examiner that WarHorse had contracted with Fanduel, Draftkings and MGM to operate under a framework voters have not yet approved.

The company and Governor Jeff Landry announced the deal on Tuesday. Elon Musk’s firm has also said that the spaceport will become the largest launch site on Earth.

Where will SpaceX build its new spaceport?
SpaceX has announced that it will spend $100 billion on a 125,000-acre spaceport that sits on coastal land roughly 50 miles south of Lafayette. SpaceX plans to put five launch pads on the land, and also a mission-control center, office buildings, power plants, a propellant factory, and housing for workers.

The company calls the facility “self-sustaining,” meaning it will have on-site propellant production, power generation, deep-water shipping, and an airport.

Musk announced the plan in a pre-recorded video played to an invitation-only crowd of more than 450 officials and business leaders that he is preparing to build a spaceport that “has only existed in science fiction.”

On X, Musk wrote that Starbase Louisiana would eventually hold more than a dozen launch towers and support over 30 Starship flights a day.

Groundwork is set to start in 2027, with the first Starship expected to fly in 2029. SpaceX plans to launch thousands of times a year from the site, which is more than at any of its three current locations, including its Starbase headquarters near Brownsville, Texas.

SpaceX president Gwynne Shotwell initially stated that the project would hire about 3,000, then said the real figure would likely be closer to 10,000, based on how the company staffed its Texas operation. Most of those hires would come from nearby, she added, noting that 60 to 80% of workers at the Texas site are local residents.

BREAKING: The Fed’s PCE Data Used to Measure Inflation Has Been Released! Here’s Bitcoin’s (BTC) Initial Reaction!Leading cryptocurrency Bitcoin is maintaining its strong performance ahead of the release of US personal consumption expenditure (PCE) inflation data today.

As is known, Bitcoin rose from approximately $62,000 to over $80,000 in a very short period. Yesterday, $BTC even surpassed $81,000, reaching its highest level in the last three months.

Although it subsequently retreated somewhat, the market’s focus is now on the PCE data, one of the inflation indicators most closely watched by the Fed, and expectations regarding the Fed’s monetary policy.

A PCE report below expectations could reinforce the perception that inflationary pressures are easing, supporting expectations that the Fed may pursue a more relaxed monetary policy. Conversely, a PCE report above expectations could weaken expectations of interest rate cuts, creating short-term selling pressure on Bitcoin.

Therefore, US PCE data is critically important for both interest rates and $BTC, and the July data on Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE), considered a leading indicator of inflation, has been released.
