At press time, Ethereum traded near $1,823 after falling 3.6% over 24 hours. The decline attracted substantial whale activity, although sellers retained control of the market.CryptoQuant’s Spot Average Order Size recorded large whale orders for seven consecutive days.

However, the metric captured both buying and selling activity. Therefore, it confirmed whale participation without establishing a clear direction.

Lookonchain also reported that two newly created wallets withdrew 20,000 ETH from Coinbase Prime. The withdrawal was worth $37.72 million and occurred in two batches of 10,000 ETH.According to the tracker, the associated whale had accumulated aggressively during the previous three days.

On the 16th of July, the whale purchased 30,000 ETH, worth $57.6 million. Its three-day accumulation reached 89,396 ETH, valued at approximately $164.88 million.

Buying during a decline suggested that the whale expected stronger prices. However, one entity’s activity could not confirm broader confidence.

Ripple’s token is frequently the object of rather massive and sometimes far-fetched price predictions. While these might get the necessary attention during bull market rallies, it’s rather hard to imagine most of them materializing when the underlying asset struggles at 70% away from its ATH.

However, similar market conditions are usually what is required for full capitulation before the next leg up occurs. Today, we will dissect EGRAG CRYPTO’s vision for $XRP and its path toward a market cap of $1 trillion.

Kaboom 4 Has Begun

EGRAG is known for being quite generous in its $XRP price analysis, often outlining targets above $10 for the next cycle’s peak. In his latest take, the analyst noted that the cross-border token’s monthly market cap continues to follow a macro pattern that has repeated throughout its 14-year history.
He argued that every major cycle has started with a retest of a long-term ascending structure alongside the 33-period simple moving average before triggering an explosive rally. These so-called ‘Kaboom’ phases produced numerous staggering expansions in the past, including a 95% surge during the first, while the subsequent two generated gains of around 15x.
EGRAG is now convinced that $XRP has entered the fourth iteration of the same pattern and has identified $64.1 billion, $48.8 billion, and $37.2 billion as the key support levels for the market cap that it needs to hold to validate the bullish structure.
If that happens, EGRAG predicted the next targets according to the Fibonacci extensions at $130 billion, $310 billion, $493 billion, and ultimately $955 billion.
Although he acknowledged that a long-term symmetrical triangle projection could theoretically point toward a market cap above $2 trillion, he considers the $1 trillion target the more conser

Keyrock has completed its acquisition of the trading and brokerage assets of BlockFills’ institutional digital asset business, expanding its reach across crypto market making, over-the-counter trading, options and other capital-market services. Keyrock acquires BlockFills trading assets, adding institutional clients, derivatives expertise and technology to its platform.

The transaction expands Keyrock’s regulatory reach through Cayman registration and a proposed U.K. FCA entity.

BlockFills entered bankruptcy after reported losses, while Keyrock now plans phased integration of acquired operations.

The Brussels-based firm said the deal adds BlockFills’ client relationships, trading technology and derivatives expertise to its existing institutional platform. According to Keyrock’s announcement, the transaction also expands its regulatory footprint through a CIMA-registered entity in the Cayman Islands. It also includes the proposed acquisition of an FCA-authorized entity in the U.K., subject to regulatory approval. Keyrock said the combined business will support institutional clients with trading infrastructure backed by its balance sheet and compliance framework.

Bitcoin Sentiment Is Turning Bullish — But It’s Too Early to Celebrate: ReportThe Bitcoin bottom may be in — but don’t get your hopes up: It might struggle to go up anytime soon, according to one investment firm.

A Friday report from European asset management firm CoinShares said that investors last week threw fresh cash at Bitcoin — and other crypto — exchange-traded products, indicating a change in sentiment.

But other factors may hold digital asset markets from going higher, James Butterfill, head of research at CoinShares, wrote.We have said for some time that Bitcoin has probably reached, or is close to, its floor,” the report read. “But we see no significant upside potential from here.”

The report added that current macroeconomic headwinds, such as the US bombing Iran and rising oil prices, could see inflation go up again.

Bitcoin’s price was up earlier this week, hitting a seven-day high of $65,501 on news that inflation in the US was softer than expected. It has since erased those gains and was recently trading for $64,010.

The price of Bitcoin has typically done well on news that inflation is coming down because investors expect interest rates to come down. But Butterfill said that “a rate cut does not look probable at this stage.”CoinShares’ data showed that investors pulled a total of $8 billion out of funds giving crypto exposure — “the worst run on record.”

Last week, though, things reversed when $287 million hit crypto funds, CoinShares said, with the data so far showing that this week looks likely to be another positive streak.

Russia Moves to Restrict Retail Access to Foreign Stablecoins Under New Crypto Bill
Russia is preparing to tighten oversight of foreign stablecoins through a new cryptocurrency regulation bill that would limit who can purchase the assets. The government’s final draft introduces a separate legal framework for stablecoins, separating them from traditional cryptocurrencies and restricting access for most retail investors.
The proposal comes in addition to a separate initiative from the Central Bank of Russia to place all stablecoin transactions under state supervision.
Final Bill Separates Stablecoins From Cryptocurrencies
The current version of Bill No. 1194918-8, titled On Digital Currencies and Digital Rights, changes how stablecoins are classified under Russian law.

Earlier drafts treated stablecoins the same as cryptocurrencies, allowing qualified retail investors to purchase them after completing the required testing. The updated proposal, however, identifies stablecoins as a separate category since they are issued by identifiable entities and include redemption obligations to token holders.
According to the draft, a stablecoin holder has the right to request that the issuer redeem the token at its face value in cash. The legislation states that this characteristic sets apart stablecoins from decentralized cryptocurrencies, which generally have no issuer or contractual obligation to investors.
New Categories Introduced for Foreign Digital Assets
The new bill outlines two additional legal concepts for foreign digital financial products. The first category covers foreign digital instruments, defined as rights issued under foreign law through foreign information systems, including tokenized assets.

The second introduces non-deliverable foreign digital instruments that certify monetary claims and enable financial settlements without transferring the underlying asset
