Bitcoin ETFs Record 7-Day Inflow Streak, Top $3B in August

US spot Bitcoin ETFs logged 7 straight days of inflows, pulling in $3.03B in August and cutting year-to-date net outflows by more than half to $2.26B, per SoSoValue.
US spot Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) took in $314.37 million in net inflows on Aug. 25, extending a run that has now lasted seven straight trading days, according to SoSoValue data.

August inflows for the funds have reached $3.03 billion with four trading sessions left in the month. October 2025 set the recent monthly record for inflows, and the funds are $390 million short of matching that total.

The sustained inflow run has also trimmed the funds' year-to-date net outflow position by more than half, bringing it to $2.26 billion.
Total net assets across all US spot Bitcoin ETFs stood at $99.05 billion as of Aug. 25. Cumulative net inflows since the funds launched climbed to $54.36 billion, per SoSoValue.

Bitcoin briefly crossed $80,000 during trading on Aug. 25 before retreating. At the time of publication, BTC was trading at $78,880, down 2% over the prior 24 hours.

Bernstein Reveals His Big Bull Prediction for Bitcoin (BTC)! “First $150,000, Then…”Bitcoin, the leading cryptocurrency, fell back to around $78,000 yesterday after rising above $81,000.

With this rise fueling talk of a $BTC rally and bullish sentiment, global investment bank Bernstein maintained its long-term bullish outlook for Bitcoin but revised the timing of its price predictions.

First $150,000, Peak $300,000!
According to Bernstein’s analysis reported by The Block, analysts expect Bitcoin to surpass its all-time high again within the current cycle, reaching $150,000 by mid-2027.

Bernstein analysts predict that Bitcoin’s next major cyclical peak could occur in 2029, around $300,000.

Bernstein states that his predictions are based on “debasement trade,” which refers to investors turning to scarce assets like Bitcoin and gold to counter the depreciation of the dollar and other fiat currencies.

Polymarket is reportedly paying professional Brazilian Counter-Strike players between $20 and $500 per post to promote the prediction market on X.

Specifically, Counter-Strike news outlet Dust2, reports that Polymarket is paying players to comment on news events while mentioning Polymarket and sharing bets.

24 August: Pi Network Changes App Studio Pricing

The first major update comes from Pi Network, which is changing the pricing structure for its Pi App Studio on August 24.

Previously, creators could create or edit applications for just 0.25 Pi, with Pi Network covering much of the underlying AI costs. Now, under the new system, pricing will more closely reflect the actual cost of AI services.

However, apps that attract real users and provide meaningful utility can still qualify for subsidized pricing. Eligibility will also be reviewed regularly, allowing developers to improve their applications and potentially qualify later.

For Pi, the biggest impact will be on utility rather than immediate price. Higher development costs may reduce low-quality applications, while successful apps boost demand for the token within the ecosystem.

Dogecoin price pulls back after rally—Can DOGE hold above $0.08?
Dogecoin has surrendered part of its latest rally as whale activity rises and attention turns to whether DOGE can remain above $0.08.Dogecoin’s latest rally has lost some of its force after briefly carrying the meme coin towards $0.10.

DOGE was trading near $0.085 at the time of writing, and the price decline put the focus on $0.08, an area that could determine whether the rally pauses or the price further declines.

Dogecoin gives back part of its rally
The Dogecoin price saw a rapid climb from around $0.07 before being unable to go above $0.09. Buyers briefly pushed it close to $0.10, but the push did not last.

Since then, DOGE has lost about 10% from its recent peak, with its latest trend showing a further 1.1% decline. Despite this, the price remained well above where it was before the rally  picked up.

The price decline comes after an unusually heavy trading helped drive the rally, but it also left it open once early buyers began taking profits.

A failed move could expose DOGE to a decline of as much as 35%, but this is a worst-case scenario rather than a confirmed destination. From its current price, such a fall would take the price towards $0.055, but the chart does not yet show a decline of that size taking shape.

Whale activity adds another layer
Large-holder activity increased substantially as Dogecoin rallied, according to TradingView chart.

The development may point to more participation from whales, but it does not show whether those holders were buying or selling.

Also, the balance between buying and selling also rose during the rally, but it has since dropped, suggesting that demand softened as the price approached $0.10.
