While momentum has remained following a massive 22% surge in the price of $SHIB over the last day, the network has just recorded one of its largest burn activities in recent days.

XLM price drops 13.5% as Stellar’s RWA value reaches $3B – Can $0.1874 hold?

Stellar’s pullback has brought the August breakout back to the level where buyers first took control. After peaking at $0.2228, Stellar [$XLM] fell to $0.1926 and slipped beneath the 23.6% Fibonacci level at $0.1957.

As of writing, the price was trading at 0.1926, up just 2% in 24 hours. This is after retracing from the recent highs at $0.2227.

That said, the price has surrendered about 85% of the gains from $0.1874, making this a deep retracement. This pullback erased most late-entry profits, resulting in the recent buyers being exposed near structural support.

Результаты предоставляют редкие экспериментальные доказательства динамики, давно ассоциирующейся со спекулятивными рынками: прошлые достижения могут влиять на ожидания инвесторов и, в свою очередь, на то, куда они вкладывают свои деньги.

Исследователи также обнаружили, что реакция была наиболее сильной среди людей с ограниченными знаниями о криптовалюте. Это говорит о том, что ралли могут оказывать наибольшее влияние на потенциальных инвесторов, которые еще не сформировали четкого мнения об этом классе активов.

According to Hong Kong-based Bitfire Research, Bitcoin has entered a period of high-level consolidation after rising above its current levels.

The report analyzed how geopolitical risks, US long-term bond yields, and developments in cryptocurrency regulation had a combined effect on the recent Bitcoin surge.

Bitfire Research analysts stated that uncertainty around the Strait of Hormuz has heightened concerns about energy prices and inflation, and that a brief rise in the US 30-year Treasury yield to approximately 5.337% has put pressure on the market.

In terms of regulation, the SEC’s proposed regulations regarding crypto assets, the implementation of relevant CFTC policies, and the future processes of the Clarity Act were cited as key variables. Analysts predicted that addressing regulatory uncertainty could increase investor confidence among institutional investors and in the tokenized financial products market.

Nasdaq-listed Digital Currency X Technology Inc. is asking shareholders to approve a 160-for-1 reverse stock split, also known as a share consolidation, on September 3. It would be the company’s second consolidation of 2026 after a 12-for-1 action took effect on January 22.
