The first consists of setting the exact contribution percentage between 0% and 10%, while the second defines the address of the receiving wallet, which would be determined through an independent vote by validators. According to the rules described in the research forum, if more than 50% of the network’s validators configure a percentage higher than zero, the contribution would become a mandatory requirement for all participants in the ecosystem.
