Данные блокчейна показывают, что за последние 30 дней XRP сжег ошеломляющую сумму в 539 миллионов долларов в RLUSD, причем большая часть сжигания произошла в сети Ethereum.

С момента своего запуска в декабре 2024 года стейблкоин XRP RLUSD демонстрирует впечатляющий рост. Примечательно, что последние события указывают на то, что XRP, возможно, смещает акцент в сторону XRP Ledger, одновременно сокращая предложение RLUSD в сети Ethereum.

Согласно данным из созданного валидатором Vet трекера RLUSD, с 23 мая 2026 года XRP сжег RLUSD на сумму 539 миллионов долларов, превысив за этот период объем эмиссии более чем на 129 миллионов долларов.


Примечательно, что большинство этих операций по сжиганию токенов произошло в начале-середине июня, сразу после масштабной эмиссии на сумму 127 миллионов долларов 1 июня.

В частности, начиная со 2 июня, Ripple непрерывно сжигала токены RLUSD в течение девяти дней, до 12 июня, что стало самой длинной непрерывной серией сжиганий с момента запуска в декабре 2024 года. Примечательно, что в течение этих девяти дней были выпущены дополнительные токены, но активность сжигания замаскировала это, что привело к отрицательному предложению RLUSD.

За этот период Ripple сожгла токены RLUSD на сумму 226 миллионов долларов, при этом крупнейшее однодневное сжигание произошло 3 июня на сумму 75,1 миллиона долларов. Starting January 1, 2027, Illinois will impose a 0.2% tax on crypto asset transfers under a law that has already been signed. Unlike federal capital gains taxes, this one hits you every time you move & withdraw crypto, not just when you sell.

What Illinois' 0.2% Crypto Transfer Tax Actually Does
The new law imposes a 0.2% tax on transfers of crypto assets made by Illinois residents via centralized exchanges. The tax is collected by the exchange or platform facilitating the transfer, much like how a broker withholds taxes at the source. This is not a tax on gains. It is a tax on the act of moving crypto, which means it can apply even if you are simply shifting funds between your own wallets or accounts in the same exchange or withdrawing funds out of an exchange. That design is what makes it unusual and, for active traders or frequent movers, potentially expensive. The tax goes into effect on January 1, 2027.

Moving to Self-Custody Can Shield You From the 0.2% Crypto Transfer Tax
One of the most straightforward ways to avoid the tax is to move your crypto off an exchange and into a self-custody wallet before the law takes effect. A self-custody wallet is one where you hold the private keys yourself, meaning no exchange or platform is in the middle of your transactions to collect the tax. Because the 0.2% tax is collected by the platform facilitating the transfer, removing yourself from those platforms removes you from the collection mechanism.
