Capital B shareholders have approved a financing framework that authorizes up to €5 billion (~$5.36 billion) in capital increases and €100 billion (~$107.15 billion) in credit instruments to support the company’s Bitcoin treasury strategy.

Capital B said in a June 17 press release that shareholders approved all resolutions presented at the company’s Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting, including measures tied to expanding its capacity to fund future Bitcoin purchases.

DraftKings told investors on June 9 that its prediction markets business is scaling fast, and the market liked what it saw. The company's Form 8-K reported that May 2026 annualized consumer volume in its Predictions offering rose 24% month over month to $1.3 billion, while annualized total volume traded climbed 34% to $3.1 billion. Shares of DraftKings jumped roughly 10% in early trading on the news.

Those figures are enormous for a product line that's barely six months old, since DraftKings only launched Predictions in December 2025. Seen against the broader category, though, they show a company that's arriving late to a market prediction-native platforms have already built into something far larger.

Bitcoin $BTC$63,888.86 and the Dollar Index (DXY) are moving in opposite directions, with the latter on the verge of a major move that may embolden crypto bears.

The largest cryptocurrency is under pressure for a third straight day, trading near $63,900 and down nearly 1% since midnight UTC. The broader market is mostly showing similar losses, with the exception of a few tokens such as HASH, XLM and ENA, which gained 7% or more.

Bitcoin price prediction – How high can the U.S.-Iran peace deal push it?

The two-day meeting of the U.S. Federal Reserve’s open market committee (FOMC) will conclude on the 17th of June. The Fed’s new chair, Kevin Warsh, will make the rate-related decision on the same day.

The FedWatch Tool showed that the market has all but decided that the Fed would hold the interest rate steady at 3.50%-3.75%. Some short-term Bitcoin [BTC] price volatility around the hours of the announcement is still possible.

Recently, AMBCrypto reported that the optimism around the U.S.-Iran peace deal helped fuel the recent move to the $65k level. This recovery was on thin ice because of declining spot volumes that indicated limited market conviction.

Bitcoin may have already peaked following recent macro optimism. Moreover, the $67.3k level could mark the high‑water point for its next move.

Capital B shareholders approve €100B debt capacity to expand Bitcoin treasury



Capital B shareholders have approved a financing framework that authorizes up to €5 billion (~$5.36 billion) in capital increases and €100 billion (~$107.15 billion) in credit instruments to support the company’s Bitcoin treasury strategy.

Capital B said in a June 17 press release that shareholders approved all resolutions presented at the company’s Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting, including measures tied to expanding its capacity to fund future Bitcoin purchases. The company stated that the resolutions passed with support exceeding 95% of votes cast.

The Paris-listed company said shareholders representing 164,555,315 voting rights participated in the meeting through attendance, representation, proxy voting, or correspondence voting. Capital B reported that participation accounted for 54.748% of the 300,564,232 voting rights outstanding on the meeting date.

Under the approved resolutions, the board now has authority to establish up to €5 billion in nominal capital increases and up to €100 billion in nominal credit instrument issuance. Capital B said the authorization supports its Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy, which focuses on increasing the amount of Bitcoin held per fully diluted share over time.

The company stated that the approved equity authorization could represent as many as 125 billion shares based on the current nominal value of €0.04 per share.
