Jim Cramer calls SpaceX stock a ‘Monster’ at $200Jim Cramer has praised Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: SPCX), popularly known as SpaceX, after it surpassed the $200 mark for the first time since its mega initial public offering (IPO)

In an X post on June 16, Cramer referred to SpaceX as a ‘Monster’ after the stock outshined his expectations. As SpaceX prepared for its latest IPO last week, Cramer cautioned SPCX investors about a potential repeat of a bust like Cerebras Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CBRS), as Finbold reported.

As such, Cramer has criticized SPCX surge, whereby he suggested that they have become a meme stock due to a lack of sellers. Notably, SpaceX’s initial circulating supply after its recent IPO consists of approximately 555.6 million shares sold, representing roughly 4% of the company’s nearly 13 billion total shares outstanding.

Most pre-IPO shareholders are subject to a lockup that releases up to 20% of their eligible shares after the second quarter 2026 earnings report. Elon Musk and certain significant investors face a 366-day lockup expiring around mid-2027 with no early releases.

With SpaceX stock attracting more investors who may have missed an entry during the IPO, Cramer highlighted that the company could grow to the size of Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ: NVDA). At press time, SpaceX had a market capitalization of about $2.5 trillion, while Nvidia had a reported valuation of roughly $5.14 trillion.

Uniswap (UNI) Price May Have Found Its Bottom: Key Signals Point to a Potential Rally Toward $10

Uniswap has spent a long time under persistent selling pressure, within a strong descending trend that is believed to end soon. The token has been forming consistent lower highs and lows and could have formed the bottom of the prevailing bearish trend. The recent rise of nearly 15% in the past 24 hours and over 21% in weekly gains suggests that the bulls have revived their confidence in the token. 

With UNI price rebounding from multi-year lows and several momentum indicators showing early signs of recovery, traders are beginning to ask whether the token has already formed its cycle bottom. Here’s what the charts are signaling.

The Uniswap price in the long-term has remained stuck within a falling wedge since late 2024 and found a strong support near $2.20 to $2.40. The latest rebound pushed UNI back above $3 as the bearish influence over the token has faded to some extent. Currently, the price is attempting to enter a crucial zone between $3.22 and $4.15,  where large institutional orders are believed to have been placed. Hence, this area could be acting as a strong resistance as well as a strong support zone. 

The weekly RSI has reached the lower threshold and is repeatedly attempting to trigger a strong rebound, while DMI is heading towards a bullish crossover. Moreover, the MACD is incremental, heading the average zone, and the levels display the possibility of a potential bullish crossover. With this, the price could probably rise above the wedge and reach the initial target at $4. If the bulls manage to transform $4 into a strong base, the Uniswap price may continue to rise towards higher targets.

VanEck: Bitcoin Miners Face $50B Funding Gap as AI Pivot Separates Winners From Losers



A new framework from asset manager VanEck is drawing clear lines between Bitcoin miners that are genuinely transforming into artificial intelligence infrastructure providers and those that are still selling a story. All of it comes with a sobering price tag: a roughly $50 billion near-term funding gap standing between the sector’s pipeline ambitions and actual delivery.

In a research note, VanEck investment analyst Griffin MacMaster and Head of Digital Assets Research Matthew Sigel laid out what they describe as the first structured valuation approach for the increasingly blurry category of companies that straddle both Bitcoin mining and AI data center hosting.

With financial disclosures varying widely across the sector and cash flows still nascent, VanEck argues the cleanest metric available to investors right now is gross energized power — essentially, how many megawatts a company has actually switched on, not just announced.

The gap between those two things is already telling. Companies that have physical leases in hand — including Cipher Mining (CIFR), Hut 8 (HUT), and TeraWulf (WULF) — are commanding valuations above 10x gross energized power.

Meanwhile, names like Marathon Digital (MARA) and CleanSpark (CLSK), which remain more closely tied to Bitcoin mining with limited contracted AI capacity, are trading at just 2–6x that same metric.

“For now, we find that the market is paying for contracted and energized capacity, while discounting everything still in the pipeline,” the analysts wrote.

Signing contracts, VanEck warns, is only the beginning. Across the entire peer group, miners have delivered only approximately 25% of their leased capacity — a figure that the firm expects to decline further before improving, as large-scale construction projects kick off in 2
