Vanuatu offers a fast track citizenship through the Development Support Program . Donations start at $130,000 for an individual and up to $180,000 for a family of four. The application process is usually completed in 30-60 days and is done entirely online, with no interview or residency required.

While the government does not accept crypto directly, authorized agents can exchange Bitcoin or stablecoins into local currency to finance donations. This allows crypto investors to use their digital assets to prove their wealth while meeting program requirements.

New citizens get dual citizenship rights, income and wealth tax exemptions, and visa access to more than 90 countries. Vanuatu is also known to be geopolitically safe as it has no military.
