The Era of This Altcoin Begins in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)! Giant Company Announces!

As adoption of Bitcoin (BTC) and altcoins continues to grow, the latest news comes for Solana (SOL).

Accordingly, Solmate, which is traded on Nasdaq, announced that it will establish its Solana headquarters in the United Arab Emirates.

Solmate, currently operating under the name Brera Holdings PLC, announced it will change its name to Solmate Infrastructure PLC and transform into a digital asset infrastructure company based in Solana, making Abu Dhabi its main operational center.

Solmate (SLMT), a company traded on Nasdaq, will establish a Solana headquarters in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as part of a corporate restructuring.

Last September, Solmate announced it would be shifting away from its traditional business model focused on managing football clubs and adopting a strategy focused on Solana.

The company also plans to amend its articles of association to formally include blockchain infrastructure and digital asset treasury operations as core business lines.

This step is an extension of Solmate’s corporate transition, which began last September when it transformed from a football club owner to a Solana youth development provider.

The company added that the funds will now be used to expand Solana’s infrastructure and implement its digital asset strategy in the UAE.

The company also plans a 1:10 reverse stock split to adjust its equity structure. The plan would merge 10 Class A and 10 Class B shares into a single share, increasing its face value from $0.05 to $0.50. The stock ticker symbol will remain SLMT.

Bitcoin looks stressed, but quiet accumulation may already be underway.
Recent on-chain conditions indicate that Bitcoin [BTC] has entered a period of structural market stress. Several cycle indicators are now compressing simultaneously as post-peak fragility continues to ripple through the ecosystem.

Within this environment, Entity-Adjusted NUPL has declined towards roughly 0.2, pushing sentiment into the historical fear zone. Previously in the cycle, the metric hovered near 0.6 while Bitcoin traded close to $110,000.

Since then, however, persistent selling pressure has compressed unrealized profits across the network.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin was trading at around $68,000–$69,000. At the same time, the price was sitting roughly 20–25% below the estimated average miner production cost of $89,000–$91,000. Needless to say, this leaves a significant portion of the network operating underwater.

As margins tighten, many miners are liquidating reserves to maintain cash flow, while some firms increasingly explore AI data center infrastructure to diversify revenue. This may help them offset losses from mining operations.

Meanwhile, mining conditions have been mirroring this pressure. Network hashrate has fluctuated between 980 and 1,150 EH/s as operators optimize fleets following February’s margin compression and difficulty adjustments. In parallel, hashprice has been suppressed near $30–$32 per PH/s/day, leaving profitability for all but the most efficient miners near breakeven and reinforcing the market’s ongoing stress phase.

A bullish signal amid market stress

Even as sub-cost pricing and miner margin compression continue stressing the network, exchange flow dynamics may be hinting at a structural shift.

$XRP currently trades within a reaccumulation pattern that has persisted since March 2020, with targets for May 2026, November 2028 and February 2031.

$XRP has been under heavy selling pressure since Q4 2025, falling 51% over that period and sitting 61.6% below its all-time high of $3.66, as it currently trades at $1.38. Despite the sharp losses, data shows a six-year reaccumulation structure that may be setting $XRP up for a major upward move.

Notably, this structure takes the form of a symmetrical triangle that began in March 2020 and ran through November 2024. The current pullback from that high appears to be a retest of the breakout zone, and the reaccumulation phase remains active at press time.

Key Points

Data identifies a multi-year symmetrical triangle pattern in $XRP’s price history, running from a floor of $0.11 in March 2020 to a breakout at $0.50 in November 2024.

The triangle featured an ABCDE wave structure, with key levels at $0.11, $1.96, $0.30, $0.74, and $0.50 representing each wave’s conclusion.

$XRP broke out of the triangle in November 2024 and rallied to an all-time high of $3.66 in July 2025, before retracing to its current price of $1.38.

The ongoing retracement is part of the reaccumulation trend that has persisted since March 2020, when the triangle first formed.

If the pattern plays out, short-term price targets stand at $5.3, $8.6, and $12.8, with long-term projections reaching $186 by February 2031.

The Multi-Year Triangle

This structure was mentioned in an analysis by market watcher Ahmed Ibrahim. Specifically, he called attention to a symmetrical triangle pattern on the 3-month chart that traces back to March 2020, when $XRP hit a floor price of $0.11.
