One major indicator: the arrival of two C-17 Globemaster III heavy transport aircraft at Nur Khan Air Base in Rawalpindi, a key military hub near Islamabad. Such aircraft are typically used for high-level logistics, often linked to sensitive diplomatic or security operations.
At the same time, security in Islamabad appears to have tightened significantly. Roads leading from the airport to the highly secured Red Zone—home to government buildings and embassies—have reportedly been closed, signaling preparations for a high-profile visit or event.

An email sent by the North Carolina Bankers Association to its member banks revealed serious concerns within the sector regarding the current consensus document. According to the email, shared by an employee of a small Wilmington-based bank, the current stablecoin “yield” regulation falls short of its goal of preventing deposits from shifting to stablecoins.

The email in question encouraged bank employees to call Thom Tillis’s office and convey a specific message. These markets, in Ark’s view, provide a real-time reflection of collective expectations before traditional data fully materializes.
Ark Invest emphasized that this approach is not meant to replace fundamental analysis, but rather to complement it. The goal is to compare internal forecasts with market-implied probabilities and identify gaps between expectations and reality.
“We are using them to listen,” Ark Invest noted in a social media post, describing prediction markets as a tool that may help investors better interpret future uncertainty.
The collaboration with Kalshi was first unveiled in March and has since expanded across multiple research areas. These include macro indicators such as U.S. fiscal deficit ratios, economic releases, and event-driven signals tied to innovation and emerging technologies.
