The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is pressing charges against Nathan Fuller, a Texas resident, for running a multi-million dollar crypto investment fraud scheme. The case, filed at the US Southern District of Texas, seeks several penalties against the defendant for allegedly defrauding 150 victims.In a press release on May 28, the SEC stated that Fuller had adverted to and sold interests in a joint-venture crypto trading scheme under the company Privvy Investments LLC, linked to the business names Privvy Investments and Gateway Digital Investments. The man from Cypress allegedly promised some investors gains of 40%-50% within 30 days, and others a ridiculously audacious return of 100% in 21 days.

The Commission explains that Nathan Fuller had lured unsuspecting victims of his fraudulent scheme with a business model centered around AI-based trading bots that executed high-frequency arbitrage trading on several crypto exchanges. Moreover, the insurance promises included a surety bond, a professional liability insurance policy, and clearance from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Over this period, the defendant raised $12.3 million from 150 investors. Despite promises of lofty gains from an AI-enabled trading bot, the SEC’s investigations revealed that Fuller had grossly misappropriated investors’ funds for two primary purposes.

Bitcoin ETF Outflows Mount
U.S. spot Bitcoin funds have shed more than $4.01 billion since May 7, the heaviest stretch of redemptions the products have seen this year.
Roughly $2.8 billion of that left over nine straight sessions, the longest losing run since the funds began trading in early 2024. The pace has rattled investors who had leaned on steady institutional demand to anchor the market.
A single-day exit of about $733 million on May 27 marked the largest daily withdrawal since late January, with BlackRock's IBIT losing roughly $528 million of it, its second-biggest one-day drop since launch.
Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas flagged a 29.2 million-share IBIT block trade worth about $1.3 billion that the market absorbed with little visible price impact.
Bitcoin dropped below $73,000 within hours, down about 3.6% on the day before steadying near the support that buyers have leaned on.

Santiment Reads A Bottom
Not every reading of the exodus is grim.

What changed from MK4



The headline hardware change is a 1.54-inch display protected by Gorilla Glass, replacing the previous screen with one that is visibly sturdier and more legible. The MK4 used recessed buttons that required fingertips to press into a socket to register a click. The MK5 redesign brings buttons nearly flush with the chassis, giving clear tactile feedback without the awkward finger positioning of the previous model.
