The token climbed to $17.65 after gaining more than 18% in the past 24 hours. Weekly gains now approach 27%, highlighting growing bullish momentum across the broader market.

Trading activity also accelerated sharply during the latest rally. Daily volume reached more than $37 million, while DeXe’s market capitalization climbed above $826 million. Besides rising prices, derivatives data and spot market flows suggest traders continue positioning for additional upside.

Technical Structure Remains Firmly Bullish
DEXE recently broke above the important $15.00 resistance region after spending weeks inside a broad consolidation range. Consequently, the breakout attracted fresh momentum buyers and triggered a rapid move toward the $17.60 area.

The token currently trades well above its 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day exponential moving averages. This structure typically signals sustained long-term strength and continued buyer control. Additionally, the 20 EMA near $13.59 now acts as immediate dynamic support during short-term pullbacks The next key support zones stand near $11.87 and $9.72. However, bulls continue defending higher lows aggressively, keeping the broader uptrend intact. As long as DEXE holds above the $15.00 breakout level, traders may continue targeting higher resistance levels.Momentum indicators also support the bullish outlook. The Stochastic RSI continues rising near overbought territory, reflecting strong buying pressure. Although short-term cooling remains possible, the current structure still favors continuation.

Prometheum is betting that the next phase of tokenized finance will be won not by crypto exchanges, but by traditional broker-dealers and registered investment advisers (RIAs).

"The story of tokenization so far has been about issuance, but no one has addressed the challenge of how to get those products to mainstream investors," Aaron Kaplan, co-founder and co-CEO of Prometheum told CoinDesk in an interview.

"Until tokenized and digitally-native securities can reach investors through the broker-dealer channels they already use, tokenization is a solution without a market," he added.

Tokenized securities are traditional financial assets such as stocks, bonds or funds that are issued and traded on blockchain networks as digital tokens representing ownership or investment rights.

The New York-based digital asset infrastructure firm recently launched Prometheum Capital’s Digital Brokerage Solutions, a suite of correspondent clearing, custody and trading services designed to let broker-dealers offer crypto assets, including tokenized securities and other blockchain-based financial products, directly through traditional brokerage accounts.

The launch marks Prometheum’s latest attempt to bridge the gap between the crypto industry and the regulated securities ecosystem.

“Crypto has solved tokenization, but it hasn’t solved distribution,” Kaplan says. “There are tens of billions of dollars of tokenized securities already issued on blockchain rails, but almost no mainstream distribution channel to reach investors at scale.”

Prometheum operates a network of SEC-registered and FINRA-member broker-dealers designed to support the full lifecycle of blockchain-based securities, including issuance, trading, custody, clearing and settlement.

Notably, part of the recent bullish discussion stems from comments by Dom and Phill Kwok, the founders of EasyA, who argued that $XRP could reach $1,000 within five years.

During an appearance on the Rollup podcast, the brothers dismissed skepticism surrounding $XRP’s ability to surpass even $10. They argued that crypto markets often move beyond traditional valuation frameworks and said $XRP’s utility could support massive long-term growth.

At $XRP’s current price near $1.35, a move to $1,000 would represent roughly a 740-fold increase.

Market Cap Debate Returns
The bold forecast has since divided the crypto community. Critics point out that such a valuation could place $XRP among the world’s largest financial assets. However, the Kwok brothers argued that digital asset markets have repeatedly exceeded expectations, citing Bitcoin’s rise beyond traditional valuation models.

Still, critics maintain that a $1,000 $XRP valuation would require unprecedented levels of global financial integration and liquidity.

Meanwhile, the Kwok brothers have consistently defended their triple-digit $XRP outlook. They previously reiterated the target during appearances at the New York Stock Exchange in 2025.
