Promising Technical Signal in Bitcoin: A Veteran Wall Street Figure Predicts $70,000 and $100,000!
While Bitcoin continues to fluctuate around the $62,000 level, macro investor Jordi Visser pointed out a positive development for BTC.

Accordingly, Jordi Visser pointed to a notable development in Bitcoin’s technical outlook, stating that a bullish RSI divergence has occurred for the first time since the end of last year, and that this has changed his expectations for the coming months.
Visser states that the change in the RSI indicator positively affects expectations and argues that this should be seen as a buying opportunity.
Speaking on Anthony Pompliano’s YouTube channel, Visser stated that he detected this technical signal on the 4-hour RSI chart, indicating the possibility of a significant recovery after Bitcoin’s recent decline.
Bitcoin May Be Near Its Bottom!
According to the analyst, even though Bitcoin broke the $60,000 level and the price formed a new low, the RSI indicator remained above the previous low. This is considered a bullish divergence in technical analysis, indicating that selling pressure is weakening and buyers are beginning to gain strength.
Visser states that this technical outlook offers an attractive risk-return ratio for investors, arguing that a move above $60,000 could be considered a buying opportunity, while potential risks can be limited with stop-loss levels.
Visser also stated that he believes Bitcoin is near its lowest point, but a drop to $50,000 or even $45,000 is not out of the question. “Do I think we’ll be above $100 in a year? Yes. So what difference does it make whether I bought something at $60 or another price?” he said.

Bitcoin And Ethereum ETF Inflows Return As Institutions Step Back Into Crypto Funds
ETF flows are back in the green, and that gives crypto traders a cleaner demand signal after weeks of nervous positioning. Bitcoin and Ethereum funds recording $282 million in net inflows does not erase the previous selling pressure, but it does show institutions have not stepped away from the market entirely.
That matters because ETF flows have become one of the easiest ways to see whether traditional capital is leaning in or pulling back. Spot prices can move for many reasons. Fund flows are a more direct read on allocator behaviour.
Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs recorded $282 million in net inflows, according to the source pack.

The move snapped an outflow streak and suggests allocators are returning after recent volatility.

Flows remain important because ETF demand has become one of the clearest institutional signals for crypto markets.
Outflow streaks can create their own narrative. When redemptions keep appearing, traders start to assume institutions are losing interest or reducing risk. A return to inflows pushes against that story.

The significance is especially clear because Bitcoin and Ethereum are both involved. A broader inflow profile suggests the recovery is not limited to one asset or one fund sponsor.

One strong inflow period does not guarantee a sustained trend. The real test is whether the data continues to improve across several sessions and whether large funds such as BlackRock and Fidelity keep attracting capital.

For now, the flows offer the market a better signal than sentiment alone. After a difficult stretch, buyers are showing up again through regulated products.

Meanwhile, the Relative Strength Index reached 73.74 as of writing, placing the indicator inside the overbought territory after a sharp rise from neutral conditions. Such readings typically indicate exceptionally strong buying activity, but they also warn of potential short-term exhaustion. 

Even so, the breakout remained technically significant because the price closed above the descending channel rather than rejecting from its upper boundary. If buyers defend the breakout zone, DCR could challenge $16.68. Otherwise, profit-taking could trigger a healthy pullback before another attempt higher.
