Worldcoin reclaims $1B market cap – Will $0.30 spark WLD’s next breakout?
WLD bulls dominate as as whales eye $0.32–$0.36 targets. Worldcoin [WLD] has shown relative strength since it successfully tested $0.22 a week ago. With the crypto market rebounding, Worldcoin’s upside momentum strengthened significantly. Notably, WLD rebounded from a $0.26 low and climbed to a monthly high of $0.31.

At press time, Worldcoin traded at $0.30, up 14% on the daily chart. Over the same period, its market cap reclaimed the $1 billion mark, signaling renewed capital inflows. 

Worldcoin rebounds amid recovering whale demand
Despite the increased market instability, WLD whales have signaled a return to the market. Average Order Size data from CryptoQuant showed large whale orders over the past week, with these orders intensifying around the $0.26-$0.29 price levels.This period of increased whale participation has coincided with a relative market stability, suggesting these whales have been active on the buy side. 

In fact, the Spot Taker CVD has remained green over the past week, jumping to a monthly high. When this metric is red, it suggests buyers dominate the spot market. Therefore, these whales have been actively accumulating, establishing a strong demand zone between $0.26 and $0.29 levels. Usually, when whales accumulate, they reduce supply, increasing scarcity and thus strengthening the upside momentum. 

Furthermore, exchange activity has reinforced the trend of accumulation. Over the past week, $122 million in WLD left exchanges compared with $117 million in inflows. This pattern persisted at press time, with $29.57 million flowing out.Historically, when demand holds steady on the spot side, it has strengthened the upside momentum, leading to more gains. $

SEC postpones plan allowing 'innovation exemption' for tokenized stocks: Report
The US Securities and Exchange Commission has reportedly postponed its plan to allow trading of tokenized stocks after stock exchange officials raised concerns over how the plan would be implemented.

Bloomberg reported on Friday, citing sources familiar with the matter, that the SEC’s “innovation exemption” for crypto-based stocks was expected to be released during the week, with SEC staffers having already reviewed a draft of the tokenized stock trading proposal.

The SEC has reportedly received input from hundreds of market participants on how to best implement the rules, but it has not made a decision to change its proposal.

Under the SEC’s proposal, platforms offering tokenized stocks would need to guarantee investors receive the same rights as traditional shareholders, including dividends and voting rights.

Market participants reportedly raised concerns to the SEC over the potential proliferation of unauthorized third parties issuing tokens without the consent of public companies and how ownership would be verified on semi-pseudonymous blockchains.

The SEC has been more open to crypto-powered financial products under the Trump administration, which has coincided with Wall Street having a growing interest in tokenization and stablecoins.

Data from RWA.xyz shows that $34 billion worth of real-world assets have been tokenized, including $1.55 billion in tokenized equities, but adoption has lagged expectations by Citibank and McKinsey, which respectively predicted in 2022 and 2024 that tokenization would become a multi-trillion-dollar market by 2030.

Each round of ceasefire signals has knocked prices down by double digits in single sessions.

Trump’s weekend statements added weight to bearish sentiment. The president remarked that a deal is close, with terms expected to include a 60-day ceasefire extension, potential sanctions relief, and deferred nuclear talks. Iran has submitted revised proposals, and regional players, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, are reportedly involved in the process. Sticking points remain around Iranian control of the strait, uranium stockpiles, and concerns raised by Israel.
