Основатель Tron Джастин Сан (Justin Sun) похвалил президента США Дональда Трампа за поддержку биткоина. По его мнению, без дружественной политики в отношении криптоиндустрии, курс биткоина не смог бы достичь новых рекордов.

На конференции Bitcoin 2025 Джастин Сан поблагодарил Трампа за более благоприятные условия для развития блокчейна и цифровых активов — нормативный климат в США изменился благодаря влиянию президента и его новой администрации. Сан заявил, что без Трампа и общественной поддержки криптовалют биткоин никогда бы не достиг рекордных максимумов. В декабре 2024 года, после победы Трампа на президентских выборах, первая криптовалюта превысила $100 000. Бычье ралли продолжается до сих пор — недавно биткоин достиг нового пика в $112 000. Сан также упомянул, что присутствовал на нашумевшем закрытом гала-ужине, устроенном Трампом для 220 крупнейших держателей токенов TRUMP. Отзывы других участников о частном ужине с президентом оказались не такими хвалебными.
