The total face value of Celsius' vouchers exceeds $48 million. According to a statement from interim CEO Christopher Ferraro, the company estimates it could sell the vouchers and $7 million in credits on the secondary market for $7.4 million. The company said it was in discussions with six potential buyers for the coupons, which were obtained through mining broker Bitooda, Bitmainland and Celsius' own contacts. a hearing in the Celsius case will be held on February 15 in the Southern District of New York. The deal is similar to the sale of Bitmain coupons by bitcoin miner Core Scientific, which received approval from a judge in the Southern District of Texas on February 1 to sell Bitmain vouchers to raise $1 million.
