The Dogechain community intends to destroy 80% of the total DC supply

The Dogechain community voted on the proposal to destroy DC, which plans to destroy 80% of the total DC supply and shorten the vesting period of the Early Shibes airdrop from 48 months to 6 months. If the proposal passes, the Dogechain Foundation will burn 80% of the total supply of DC tokens, proportionally across all token classes. The total supply will be reduced from 1 trillion to 200 billion. Voting dates are October 23 at 3 AM UTC to October 28 at 3 AM UTC. At least 500 million DC votes are required to pass, and those used to vote for DC will remain locked until the voting ends. Only DC mainnet tokens are eligible.
