Celsius this week filed a large number of documents containing user names and certain transaction information, raising concerns among some creditors that they may be vulnerable to cyber threats, despite the fact that disclosure of this information is an expected part of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, and some fear they may be vulnerable to cyber threats. both Celsius and the creditors' committee have tried in recent weeks to to cover up this information, making several arguments in front of the judge. The judge will eventually allow the amendment of customers' addresses, but not their names.
