我觉得在今晚非农数据公布前，市场上处于方向选择前的静默期。从当前大饼1小时级别来看，整体走势呈现出区间整理。目前K线虽已经触及布林带上轨，但这还算不上有效突破。不过MACD快慢线正在零轴下方向上发散，侧面反应出上方存在反弹空间，前提是量能得跟上。短期下跌动能减弱，现在反复测试上方突破口。建议耐心等待晚间消息面走出，行情稳定后在选择方向。

回看左侧黄色箭头标注区域，该区间本是前期两次冲高都没能突破的强阻力位；后续多头费劲突破该阻力后，才走出上攻至 82800 的上涨行情（上方白色箭头）。
阻力突破时越艰难，后续转化为支撑就越稳固，因此这一区间不会轻易被砸破。

当然行情没有绝对：
只要价格守住 79363–79190 支撑，盘面就还有缓和、修复的空间；
一旦放量跌破该区间，下跌动能会直接释放，跌幅顺势扩大。
下方 78133 是小时级别多头最后的生命线防守位——若失守79363–79190区间，市场空头情绪发酵，78133大概率会被顺势击穿。
一旦78133告破，小时级别多头趋势彻底终结，深度回调将开启，下方红框标注区间都会进入大饼的下行目标范围，风险极高。站在多头立场，自然不希望关键支撑失守。

回到当下盘面，大饼走势并未完全走坏。
下方红色箭头区域，已显现小时级别双底形态雏形：两次下探插针都守住79190支撑，且第二次插针低点没有低于第一次，多头承接力度明显。
目前大饼已重新回到旗形整理内部运行，只要后续回踩不再跌破前两次插针低点，短期止跌企稳概率很大。

但想要开启像样反弹，必须先站稳上方 80378 阻力，后续才有机会冲击 80835、81631 目标位。
现阶段能否完全收回昨日跌幅已不是重点，核心是守住旗形区间、维持震荡盘整不再破位。
若无突发消息面扰动，接下来大饼大概率会在固定交易区间内震荡运行。
