关于REST API新增提币额度查询接口的公告

尊敬的用户：
自本通知生效之日起，火币Global将新增REST节点 “GET /v2/account/withdraw/quota” 用于提币额度（私有数据）的查询。
生效日期：2019年9月26日（GMT+8）
