Компания Alt5 Sigma, связанная с семьей Трампов и формирующая резерв криптовалюты WLFI, объявила, что уволила топ-менеджеров, передает Bloomberg. Сообщается, что это произошло после того, как стало известно о давних юридических проблемах компании.

После сделки с проектом Трампов Alt5 Sigma стала одним из DAT-проектов (Digital asset treasury, казначейство цифровых активов), копирующих стратегию накопления крипторезерва компании Strategy Майкла Сэйлора.

Уже после сделки с World Liberty стало известно, что в мае Alt5 Sigma была признана виновной в отмывании денег в Руанде, а один из ее руководителей, Андре Бошен, приговорен к тюремному заключению. По делу была подана апелляция, в которой утверждается, что ответчики стали жертвами мошенничества.

В октябре Alt5 Sigma отстранила от должности генерального директора Питера Тассиопулоса, который занимал этот пост около года. Причина ухода Тассиопулоса не сообщалась. Должность исполняющего обязанности генерального директора Alt5 Sigma займет ее президент Тони Айзек, работающий в компании уже много лет.

В августе котировки акций Alt5 Sigma поднимались к $9. С тех пор они подешевели почти на 80%. По данным на 18:00 мск 27 ноября, ALTS торгуются около $1,88.
