Регулятор обсудил с участниками рынка необходимость борьбы с несанкционированными платежными операциями в криптовалюте и ее выводом за границу

Нацбанк Белоруссии создаст рабочую группу, которая будет заниматься вопросами противодействия незаконным криптовалютным операциям, сообщил регулятор. Это решение было принято по итогам совещания с представителями банков и криптокомпаний, которое провел первый заместитель председателя правления Нацбанка Белоруссии Александр Егоров.

Главной темой обсуждения было предотвращение несанкционированных платежных операций и вывода похищенных денежных средств за границу через резидентов. Участники совещания пришли к выводу, что для эффективности борьбы с серыми схемами решения должны быть комплексными.

«Крипторынок растет и Нацбанк за его дальнейшее развитие, поэтому подходы к решению проблемы фрода должны быть выработаны совместными усилиями», — сказал Егоров.

Криптовалютные биржи и обменники в Белоруссии имеют право работать, только если они резиденты Парка высоких технологий (ПВТ) — специального налогово-правового режима. ПВТ выдает лицензии и контролирует участников, которые предлагают инструменты хранения, обмена и торговли криптовалютами.

Участниками встречи в Нацбанке 13 октября были определены основные подходы к борьбе с нелегальным оборотом криптовалют. Принято решение о создании соответствующей рабочей группы, говорится в сообщении регулятора.

В сентябре 2024 года в Белоруссии запретили физлицам и ИП-резидентам ПВТ покупать и продавать криптовалюты вне белорусских криптоплощадок. Отмечалось, что запрет поспособствует в том числе «предотвращению вывода из страны похищенных с банковских счетов граждан денежных средств путем их обмена на криптовалюту на зарубежных площадках».

After selling its entire auto business in 2024, it pivoted to become a large-scale Bitcoin miner, acquiring 50 exahash of mining rigs from Bitmain.
