Министр финансов России Антон Силуанов на Московском финансовом форуме заявил, что цифровой рубль обладает такой же надежностью, как и национальная валюта.

По словам главы Минфина, в этом году цифровую валюту центробанка планируется использовать при финансировании отдельных бюджетных расходов.

«Цифровой рубль абсолютно надежный, он работает без коммерческих банков, по сути дела. Все счета находятся в Центральном банке, поэтому 100% надежный. Цифровой рубль очень интересен для бюджетного процесса: отслеживаемость, контроль за цифровым рублем будет обеспечиваться на высоком уровне», — объявил чиновник.

Силуанов сказал, что перечень статей расходов федерального бюджета, где будет использоваться цифровой рубль, в ближайшее время утвердит правительство и Банк России.

С 1 января 2026 года все доходные и расходные статьи госбюджета могут быть исполнены в цифровых рублях, сообщил министр. С 1 июля 2027 года этот механизм распространится и на местные бюджеты, добавил чиновник.

Ранее российское федеральное казначейство впервые в истории выплатило заработную плату цифровыми рублями. Получателем стал глава комитета Государственной думы по финансовому рынку Анатолий Аксаков.
