По информации аналитика Bloomberg Intelligence Эрика Балчунаса, новые криптовалютные ETF прошли установленный период рассмотрения SEC и, как ожидается, начнут торговаться к концу недели. Балчунас пояснил, что вступление документов в силу означает фактический запуск фондов. В линейку продуктов войдут REX-Osprey Bonk ETF, Trump ETF, Bitcoin ETF, XRP ETF и Doge ETF.

Doge ETF должен был дебютировать в четверг, а его сроки определялись структурой в соответствии с Законом об инвестиционных компаниях 1940 года. В отличие от продуктов, зарегистрированных по Закону о ценных бумагах 1933 года, который использовался для одобрения спотовых биткоин-ETF в прошлом году, фонды по Закону 1940 года имеют упрощенную процедуру выхода на рынок.

Балчунас уточнил, что Закон 1940 года не предусматривает прямых инвестиций в спотовые активы. Если SEC не выдвигает возражений, фонды могут запуститься через 75 дней после подачи заявки. По его словам, при отсутствии последних возражений со стороны регулятора, фонды должны начать торговаться на этой неделе.

Большинство американских ETF организованы в соответствии с Законом 1940 года и функционируют как открытые инвестиционные компании, которые могут держать ценные бумаги, включая фьючерсные фонды. SEC откладывает решение по другим ETF

В то время как запуск фондов REX-Osprey остается запланированным на эту неделю, SEC отложила принятие решений по нескольким ожидаемым заявкам на ETF от Franklin Templeton, BlackRock и Fidelity.

В опубликованных в среду уведомлениях регулятор сообщил о необходимости дополнительного времени для оценки предложений, включая разрешение стейкинга Ethereum в рамках фондов. Агентство также перенесло сроки принятия решений по заявкам на ETF XRP и Solana.
