Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам США (SEC) перенесла принятие решений по заявкам на ETF от Bitwise для Dogecoin и Grayscale для Hedera до 12 ноября. Оба фонда остаются на рассмотрении регулятора в рамках растущего списка заявок на альткоин-ETF.

Вчера SEC перенесла крайний срок рассмотрения по предложению биржи NYSE Arca о листинге Dogecoin-ETF от Bitwise. Первоначальная заявка была подана еще в марте и опубликована в Федеральном реестре 17 марта, что запустило обязательный период рассмотрения.

В тот же день регулятор продлил проверку заявки Grayscale на Hedera-ETF, установив аналогичный ноябрьский дедлайн.

Grayscale готовит конвертацию старых трастов

Grayscale обновила документы по своим давно существующим трастам Litecoin и Bitcoin Cash, стремясь преобразовать их из трастов в ETF. Перевод на национальную биржу позволит ежедневно создавать и погашать акции, что поддержит цены ближе к чистой стоимости активов и сократит существенные премии и дисконты, наблюдаемые при внебиржевой торговле.

Компания создала прецедент в 2024 году, когда после судебной битвы с SEC конвертировала Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) в первый американский спотовый биткоин-ETF. Теперь она планирует применить ту же модель к Bitcoin Cash и Litecoin.

Неопределенность вокруг альткоин-ETF растет

Волна заявок на альткоин-ETF в 2025 году создала у SEC целую очередь нерассмотренных дел. К 31 июля в первой половине 2025 года регулятор получил минимум 31 заявку на спотовые альткоин-ETF, включая предложения для XRP, Dogecoin, Solana, Litecoin, Avalanche и BNB.

По состоянию на 29 августа минимум 92 связанных с криптовалютами ETF-продукта ожидали решений SEC. Особенно высок институциональный интерес к Solana (SOL) — восемь заявок, и XRP — семь заявок в очереди.

В большинстве случаев SEC предпочитает использовать периоды рассмотрения целиком, многократно продлевая сроки вместо вынесения досрочных одобрений или отказов, поддерживая напряженность и неопределенность.

Серия августовских переносов

В августе SEC отложила множество заявок на криптовалютные ETF. Truth Social Bitcoin и Ethereum-ETF от NYSE Arca перенесли на 8 октября, Solana-ETF от 21Shares и Bitwise — на 16 октября, 21Shares Core XRP Trust — на 19 октября.

25 августа регулятор продлил рассмотрение предложения Cboe BZX о листинге WisdomTree XRP Fund, назначив новый крайний срок на 24 октября. В тот же день перенесли решение по Canary PENGU ETF на 12 октября.
