Массовое внедрение цифрового рубля может привести к оттоку депозитов из российских банков. Больше всего пострадают малые кредитные организации, заявили эксперты Высшей школы экономики (ВШЭ).

По подсчетам аналитиков, прирост цифрового рубля на 1 млрд снизит депозиты у малых банков на 0,8 млрд рублей, у крупных — на 0,3 млрд. Отток средств с депозитов может составить не менее 20% от текущего уровня, что отрицательно скажется на ликвидности банковских учреждений.

Кроме этого, в группу риска входят банки с большой просрочкой по кредитам, что вызвано опасениями их клиентов лишиться средств, если у них отзовут лицензии. Банку России необходимо уже сейчас изучить возможность внедрения комплекса мер для обеспечения стабильности финансовых организаций, максимально подверженных риску оттока средств, считают эксперты.

По словам аналитика Александра Потавина из группы «Финам», отток капитала в первую очередь затронет счета физлиц и компаний, что приведет к сокращению объема средств, используемых банками для выдачи кредитов. Это спровоцирует сокращение их доходности и рост финансовых рисков.

В свою очередь, эксперт Алексей Войлуков из Президентской академии подчеркнул, что ключевой риск для банков после внедрения цифрового рубля будет состоять в дефиците ликвидности. Для удержания клиентов им придется поднять ставки по депозитам.

Из-за снижения объемов привлеченного капитала банкам станет труднее выполнять свои обязательства и выдавать кредиты. В таком случае у них возникнет необходимость привлечения дорогостоящих заемных средств, пояснила Мария Ермилова из РЭУ им. Г.В. Плеханова.

Ранее директор института экономики Российской академии наук (РАН) Михаил Головнин заявил, что после массового внедрения цифрового рубля у денег исчезнет главная особенность — анонимность.
