Банк Южной Кореи (BoK) создал новое подразделение для мониторинга крипторынка, Индонезия объявила о повышении налогов за криптоперации, а Гонконг завершил разработку правил для стейблкоинов. ForkLog собрал в одном материале последние новости из Азии.

BoK открыл новое подразделение, которое займется мониторингом криптовалютного рынка. Об этом сообщило местное издание News1.

Регулятор также переименовал «Группу по исследованию цифровых валют» в «Группу цифровых валют».

Отдел сосредоточится на привязанных к корейской воне (KRW) стейблкоинах, чтобы предотвратить отток капитала и снизить зависимость от «стабильных монет» вроде USDT и USDC.

Интерес к этим активам в Южной Корее возрос на фоне заявлений недавно избранного президента Ли Чжэ Мена. Он пообещал продвигать KRW-стейблкоины. Депутат правящей партии Мин Бен Док представил законопроект, который устанавливает нормативную базу для этого класса активов.

В ответ южнокорейские банки и платежные системы начали активно подавать заявки на регистрацию тикеров для стейблкоинов.

Криптоналоги в Индонезии

По данным Reuters, с 1 августа в Индонезии вступят новые налоговые правила для крипторынка. Ставка для продавцов на местных биржах увеличится с 0,1% до 0,21%, а для операций на зарубежных площадках — с 0,2% до 1%.

При этом покупатели больше не будут платить НДС, который ранее составлял 0,11-0,22%.

Налог на биткоин-майнинг повысят с 2,2% с 1,1%, а специальный подоходный в размере 0,1% отменят с 2026 года. Все доходы от добычи криптовалют будут облагаться стандартными ставками для физических или юридических лиц.

Стейблкоины в Гонконге

29 июля Управление денежного обращения Гонконга (HKMA) опубликовало окончательные правила регулирования рынка «стабильных монет». Закон вступит в силу 1 августа.

Для выпуска фиатных стейблкоинов в специальном административном районе Китая и за его пределами эмитентам потребуется получить лицензию. HKMA уже запустило публичный реестр.

Регулятор начнет принимать заявки на регистрацию с 1 сентября. По словам главы HKMA Эдди Юэ, большинство претендентов не соответствуют требованиям.

Напомним, ранее в UBS отметили рост интереса крупных клиентов Азии к биткоину и золоту.
