Полиция изъяла оборудование для добычи криптовалюты и завела уголовное дело

В городе Батайске Ростовской области полиция обнаружила черную майнинг-ферму, расположенную в гаражном комплексе. Оборудование изъяли и по факту причинения ущерба энергетической компании возбудили уголовное дело, сообщила официальный представитель МВД России Ирина Волк.

Местные жители жаловались на перегрузки в сети, в близлежащих многоквартирных домах наблюдалось снижение напряжения и выход из строя бытовой техники, отметила Волк. По ее словам, сотрудники МВД совместно с представителями «Донэнерго» выявили факт безучетного потребления электроэнергии.

В одном из гаражей было найдено майнинг-оборудование. На месте полицейские изъяли 13 устройств для добычи криптовалюты, сим-карты с роутером, камеру с флеш-накопителем и прибор учета электроэнергии.

Замеры энергетиков показали, что совокупный объем незаконного потребления фермы превысил 480 тыс. кВт·ч. Физлица в России имеют право тратить на добычу криптовалюты не более 6 тыс. кВт·ч в месяц — это примерно 2–3 устройства для майнинга.

Возбуждено уголовное дело по ст. 165 УК РФ (причинение имущественного ущерба собственнику или иному владельцу имущества путем обмана или злоупотребления доверием при отсутствии признаков хищения, совершенное в крупном размере), рассказала Волк. Оперативно-разыскные мероприятия продолжаются.

По оценкам Минфина, только 30% российских майнеров зарегистрировались в реестре ФНС с 1 ноября 2024 года, когда закон, обязывающий их это сделать, вступил в силу. Физлицам не нужно регистрироваться, но необходимо соблюдать лимит на энергопотребление.

Ранее незаконная майнинг-ферма на 65 устройств была обнаружена в подсобном помещении промзоны города Карабулака в Ингушетии. Ущерб от ее работы превысил 2 млн руб.
