5 июня Hilbert Group AB (Nasdaq: HILB B), криптовалютная инвестиционная компания, специализирующаяся на Web3 технологиях, объявила, что получила предложение на приобретение 100% акций Nordark, скандинавской криптобанковской платформы, поддерживаемой Nordfinex Holding AB. Объем портфеля заявок на кредиты Nordark составляет 2,5 млрд долларов.

В соответствии с соглашением Hilbert приобрела 5% акций Nordark и опцион на покупку оставшихся 95% компании. Опцион действителен до 31 августа 2025 года, что дает Hilbert время для полной юридической проверки. В случае осуществления сделки приобретение будет завершено путем выпуска новых акций Hilbert Group на основе фиксированного курса.
