Правительственная комиссия рассмотрит необходимость усиления ограничений на добычу криптовалют в России

Правительственная комиссия России по развитию электроэнергетики обсудит 29 мая предложения по запрету майнинга в Бурятии, Забайкалье, Хакасии, Карелии и Пензенской области, передает «РИА Новости». Как сообщает агентство, в трех из этих регионов комиссия готовится признать запрет на добычу криптовалют нецелесообразным.

В Бурятии и Забайкальском крае с этого года действует ограничение майнинга на отопительный период. Комиссия будет обсуждать, стоит ли сделать его круглогодичным, с 1 июля 2025 года по 15 марта 2031 года. Принять эту меру попросили правительства регионов.

В Хакасии, Карелии и Пензенской области пока нет никаких ограничений на законную добычу криптовалюты. Но ранее главы этих регионов также предложили на некоторых территориях своих регионов запретить майнинг.

Согласно проекту протокола заседания правкомиссии, планируется признать нецелесообразным распространение запрета на эти три региона. В документе также говорится, что представители Карелии и Пензенской области отозвали свои предложения о запрете майнинга.

«С учетом доклада Минэнерго России, АО «СО ЕЭС» и позиций представителей субъектов Российской Федерации считать установление запрета на осуществление майнинга цифровой валюты на территориях Республики Карелия, Пензенской области и Республики Хакасия нецелесообразным», — цитирует издание проект протокола.

С 1 января 2025 года майнинг был запрещен в десяти регионах России, включая республики Северного Кавказа, ДНР, ЛНР, Запорожскую и Херсонскую области. В Бурятии и Забайкалье майнинг запрещается в пиковые периоды энергопотребления. Частичный запрет был введен сначала и на юге Иркутской области, но с 7 апреля там действует полный запрет.

Усиление ограничений в Приангарье ввели после обращений главы региона Игоря Кобзева. По его словам, частичные ограничения не позволяли использовать простаивающие в летнее время мощности майнеров, а полный запрет позволит перенаправить их на нужды социально значимых проектов региона.
