Представители децентрализованной биржи Filament сообщили в социальных сетях, что площадка была атакована хакерами. В результате эксплойта злоумышленникам удалось похитить не менее $572 тыс. Отмечалось, что хакерам удалось скомпрометировать систему установки ордеров.

Сама атака произошла между 12:00 и 4:00 по времени UTC. В данные период мошенники использовали крупные заказы на нескольких счетах, чтобы манипулировать цены. Специалистам биржи удалось оперативно идентифицировать атаку. На этом фоне были приостановлены все торги и возможность вывода средств.

Далее было инициировано расследование. Для этого представители сервиса обратились в правоохранительные органы и экспертам в области кибербезопасности. На данный момент известно, что злоумышленники вывели средства через Symbiosis Bridge, а затем перевели активы на площадку FixedFloat. Адреса кошельков и данные о транзакциях были переданы нескольким криминалистическим группам.

Специалисты Filament обратились к злоумышленникам. Они готовы выплатить им $57 000, если мошенники вернут средства. Сообщается, что пока преступник сотрудничает со следствием. Представители биржи отметили, что они работают с поставщиками ликвидности, чтобы попытаться вернуть похищенные средства. Также они пообещали в ближайшее время представить обширный отчет.

Эта атака стал очереденым инцидентом в обширном списке криптовалютных взломов. По данным сервиса ImmuneFi, за первый квартал этого года хакером удалось похитить около $1,64 млрд. Децентрализованные протоколы также потеряли примерно $107 млн. Всего было зафиксировано около 40 инцидентов. Недавно площадка Hyperliquid была атакована хакерами на сумму более $10,6 млн.
