近期,特朗普家族加密项目World Liberty大量增持以太坊和其他资产,在增持的过程中,几乎所有的操作都是通过CoW Protocol完成,似乎特朗普家族对这个聚合器有着特别的钟爱。此外,以太坊创始人Vitalik和以太坊基金会在资产转移和交易时也都频繁使用CoW Protocol。但是对普通用户来说,CoW Protocol的知名度显然不及Uniswap、1inch等DEX产品。直到近期因特朗普家族的使用,对CoW Protocol的关注才提升一个层次,其代币COW也在特朗普获选后。从11月6日至12月25日期间最高大涨392%。

做 DEX 中的“OTC 市场”受大户青睐

CoW Protocol创建于2020年,由以太坊基础设施建造商Gnosis团队孵化,其创始人Anna George同时也是Gnosis的商务主管。2016年至2017年,Anna George曾任联合国监测和评估专家。

截至1月23日数据显示,CoW Protocol的日活跃用户数即便是在有了明显的增长之后,也仅达到了1000以上。此前的日常用户数量仅为数百人每天。但从累计交易量来看,该项目的累计交易量已经达到770亿美元,在以太坊的生态中,这一数值能够排到第七的位置。2024年12月,CoW更是创下78亿美元的交易量,以12月份日常约1600日活跃用户量计算,平均每个用户在CoW上单月完成交易总额达487万美元。由此来看,CoW作为大户的专属交易池也算实至名归。

CoW Protocol有着不少的技术特点,归结到效果来看,主要是消除了MEV和低交易摩擦。其中运用的最具特点的核心技术原理是“需求匹配”机制,关于“需求匹配”,在此不做太多的技术解释,通俗的来说,这种机制更像是达成了一种链上OTC的市场,跨过AMM流动池的需求,直接撮合两个相同需求的大户进行定价交易。这样链上的MEV和交易磨损也就几乎为零。

对于每次交易动辄百万乃至千万美元的用户来说,这种机制直击痛点,还能最大限度地减少对市场价格的影响。这也解释了为什么特朗普家族项目 World Liberty 选择通过 CoW Protocol 进行资产配置。同时,以太坊基金会和 Vitalik 等人也热衷使用这一项目,以太坊基金会多次卖币是通过CoW进行。

但另一方面,对于普通用户来说,可能考虑最多的是交易速度、交易品类的数量和灵活的交易池等方面内容。相比之下,CoW Protocol这种匹配机制导致在这些方面并不领先。但这并不重要,对CoW Protocol来说,似乎一开始就是专为大户打造的。

数据确有提升,欲提升收入水平

近期CoW Protocol受到World Liberty项目的利好,其治理代币COW从11月6日开始,价格价格一路飙升,由最低的0.25美元,最高涨至1.23美元。涨幅最大达到392%。

COW代币早在2022年就已经发行上线,最早的开盘价格约为0.8美元,随后的一年时间价格曾一路下跌,最低跌至0.062美元,直到2023年才开始回升,但多数时间始终在0.4美元以下徘徊。直到2024年9月份,Coinbase宣布将CoW Protocol引入上币路线。11月6日,币安、Bybit等多家交易所集中上线了COW。有趣的是,这一天也正是特朗普赢得美国2024年大选的当天。看得出来,各个交易所已经将COW加入特朗普系列的相关资产,胜选结果一出,便立刻引发了市场追捧。

不过,从圣诞节后,COW代币价格开始一路回调。截至1月23日,其价格已跌至0.63美元左右,从高点计算,总体回调幅度接近50%。

抛开热点所带来的流量效应之外,CoW Protocol的数据表现本身在近期几个月有了巨大的增长。最明显的就是交易量,2024年以来,CoW Protocol的月交易量基本维持在20亿到30亿美元的区间波动。从11月开始,这一数据开始激增至62亿美元,12月更是达到历史最高的78亿美元。整个2024年,CoW Protocol在以太坊生态聚合器的市场份额上始终低于1inch,排名第二。在2025年1月23日,当月数据表现已经首次超过1inch,排名第一。不过两者当月的最终排名可能要等到下月初才见分晓。

1月22日,Cow DAO在Snapshot上发布CIP-61提案,试图通过进一步规范CoW Protocol的收费模型和比例,实现更好的收入水平。据提案介绍,CoW Protocol在2024年共实现了约600万美元的收入,但仍未能达到盈亏平衡,当年开发成本(440 万美元)、赠款(70 万美元)和求解器奖励(520 万美元)。因此,Cow DAO希望通过这个提案,能够优化用户的交易执行价格,创造更多的额外价值以早日达到盈亏平衡,摆脱对外部资金的需求。

根据CoW官方的面板显示,CoW DAO的累计收入为3648个以太坊,以3300美元的以太坊价格计算的话,总收入约为1200万美元。在以太坊生态,CoW Protocol的收入水平约能排到50名左右的水平,作为一个运营4年时间,且交易量排在前列的聚合器来说,这个收入水平确实偏少。

加上近期的数据整体提升,CoW 团队显然希望抓住当前的市场机会,实现新的里程碑。目前,该提案已经顺利通过,只不过社交媒体的讨论热度并不高。代币市场也并未因此出现显著的价格波动。或许,对CoW团队来说,俘获大户只需要针对性的产品与设计便可,但俘获大众似乎要难得多。对普通用户和代币投资者来说,复杂的提案表达,看起来远不及一次简单的空投来的实惠。

Trades were managed with a 2.5% fixed stop-loss, a 3:1 Risk/Reward (7.5%) take-profit, and an EMA12-based exit rule to control losses from false breakouts. The strategy's low win rate but high payoff from a few large trend moves was effective in May's conditions. The report concludes that for June, a disciplined, bidirectional approach remains superior to subjective directional bets. The framework should adapt signal weighting based on BTC's position relative to key EMAs, ETF flow trends, and the relative strength of the Nasdaq, prioritizing risk management and trend preservation.
