Официальный представитель ведомства Светлана Петренко объявила, что при обысках у подозреваемых нашли вертолет, автомобиль Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) Сybertruck и большое количество пачек денег. Все 96 задержанных отправлены в Москву для проведения следственных действий.

За 2023 год оборот поступивших в сервисы денежных средств превысил 112 млрд рублей, а личный доход фигурантов составил 3,7 млрд рублей, считает следствие. Задержанным предъявлены обвинения в организации преступного сообщества, неправомерном доступе к компьютерной информации и незаконной банковской деятельности.

Подозреваемые занимались обменом криптовалют, доставкой наличных денег, продажей банковских карт. Клиентами криптобиржи Cryptex и платежной системы UAPS были организованные группировки хакеров, отмывающие незаконно полученные средства, заверила представитель СК.

Ранее американские Минюст, Минфин и Секретная служба при участии Сети по борьбе с финансовыми преступлениями и прокуратуры Нидерландов ввели санкции против российских криптоплатформ Cryptex и PM2BTC.
